Great camera ok app
Great little camera. Love the fact that you can rotate it through your phone 360 degrees. And that’s it’s solar so no wiring. And it takes sd cards. The app is not that great tho constant connection issues almost every time. Sometimes you have to try multiple times and some other times it won’t connect.

The APP is deficient, the camera seems excellent t
I want to make an update: After many attempts I managed to install the camera, I had given a negative review because I couldn't install it, but everything seemed to be the APP, after installing and reinstalling it a few times I managed to get it to work and honestly I'm happy with the result I will buy a couple more of these.

A good-looking easy to use security camera
This is the same camera I bought again. It is cheap and easy to use. The image quality is Ok for my use. 24x7 no problem for almost 2 years. Even it is incredibly small, it has all the claimed function, two-way talk and night vision. I gave 4 star because for people set it up in US but need access it from other country, you will find trouble. It doesn't recognize your account set up in US from other country or you cannot set up your camera in another country. It was made in China by a Chinese company. They made this huge bug from the beginning.

Good camera for the money, bad customer service.
I was very impressed with the picture quality and the live feed , this product delivers as advertised with all the bells and whistles .What I don't like is the customer service. There is no customer service phone # and one must wait for an returned Email to get any tech answers which when I finally got a response ( 2 days ) didn't even address my question. Bottom line very good product but very bad cutomer service.....you decide!

Great camera but beware of USB-C connection
I was super disappointed when I plugged in my camera (USB-C port) and got the dreaded "black screen" and "device being used by other applications" error. Turns out this seems to be a common problem but none of the solutions (update driver, device manager settings, firewall...) worked. In the end, I ordered a USB-C female to USB-A male converter, and thank god it worked. I was getting very frustrated, I have an awesome desktop mashine so wasn't expecting any issues with this. Long story short you might want to try a USB-A port if you have issues. Other than that, it now runs beautifully, love the audio and video quality and tripod setup.

Price point CANNOT be beat! Great camera
First camera I received had a little glitch in the system, but Amazon quickly corrected that issue and now works FLAWLESS!! Peace of mind when I leave the house knowing this is keeping a close eye on things. Night vision works pretty good, and the price point cannot be beat!! Will buy again

A nice camera and monitor set, but a bit pricey
We use this as a pet camera and we're impressed with the functionality of it.It arrived securely packaged, and we definitely like the look of the monitor. It's got a soft silicone casing around it which provides good protection in case it falls. It does say it can be mounted, but we won't be doing that. The cable is a good length and it's USB-C, so you can buy an even longer one if needed. It comes with two plugs and two USB-C cables (one for the monitor and one for the camera). They're both the same thing so no need to worry about which one is for which. The handy thing about the monitor is that, once charged, it can be moved around separately from the cable, so you're not stuck with having to run to the monitor if you need to check it.The app is super easy to download (scan the QR code on the front of the box or inside the installation guide) and is called CloudEdge. It has great reviews on the Play Store, which is positive. It's very easy to connect the camera and app; just connect to the same WiFi with location on and follow the steps. The trickier bit, and a bit faffy/annoying, is setting it up on multiple mobile devices/apps. The first person to download the app needs set up a "family" and add other accounts onto it. You can't log in to the same account on different devices. Once you've done this, the person who has the account needs to scan the QR code of the second person, which then needs to be accepted by them. You can set permissions here as to whether they can view only or have full control to functions. Once this is done, you will need to click on the top left hand corner of the first screen which has the nickname of the account (which will say no devices) and then tap the other person's nickname to access the camera. For ease, I just named mine as unused and it does automatically open up the account last used.I kind of think that setup is poor management, to be honest. I don't see the point of having multiple accounts when you only have one device. You should be able to use the same account to log in and then manage devices from there, so if you see a device you don't know, you can then kick it off. It's actually quite annoying as it just seems like a way to get your contact details for no reason, as it doesn't really allow you to connect multiple devices to the camera anyway. Obviously, if you allow access to other family members, then it would make sense to have multiple accounts that have a "view only" option, but then the base option should just allow two devices able to login from one account. The monitor is good quality. There are 3 quality settings. SD, HD and QHD. SD is a bit grainy but I can't tell much of a difference between HD and QHD. The monitor is so small, it's hard to tell a difference, but I suspect if you record and save onto a SD card, it may make a difference. As we use it as a pet cam, we won't be recording, so an SD card is not something we'll invest in at the moment. It does lag a little when you're trying to move the camera using the app or monitor, but the motion sensor is quite good and follows an object pretty well. The angle is quite wide for us as we use it predominantly for our guinea pigs, so we don't really need the motion sensor on.It has plenty of functions including night mode. It's black and white, which is fine and it seems decent in quality. It also has other functions on the monitor itself which we won't be using, such as feed reminder, alerts for when a baby is crying etc. so I think these are handy. It also has the option to turn the blue light on the front of the camera off if it disturbs sleep, which I think is great as I know plenty of little devices that emit a ridiculously bright light!Overall, I think this is a good monitor and camera, but the price is quite steep. I think you can potentially find cheaper or similar price alternatives with better camera quality. It claims it is 1080p HD clarity, but I don't see that on the monitor. It's currently priced at £159.99 but has a £20 voucher, so at £139.99, it's okay but still a bit steep. If you did decide to purchase it, I don't think you'd regret it, but I would say have a look around to see what would best suit your needs.
