Bought this item new or at least payed for a new item.Arrived used with missing equipment.Sadly disappointed for $150Do not recommend

Missing pieces
The lamp is great and my niece loves it. However they sent me the wrong pieces for the stand and it doesn’t stand up right. Also there is no contact for me to reach out to get the correct pieces for the stand so that’s unfortunate .

Missing clicker
Ok I’m just now realizing I was supposed to get a Bluetooth camera clicker and mine did not come with it other than that great quality hope some one from the team that sells this will as and help me out

Missing the charger
The lamp is great but they forgot the charger in the box!

Missing remote
I liked the product, but my package didn’t include the remote to change the colors. Therefore, I can only change the light physically. Beside this, the product function well and I didn’t received it with any damage.

Missing remote
Did not like how it did not come with the remote or the power adapter. Had to return. Seems to be used

Missing links
What do these fit? Who knows but they replace stale dated batteries. I'll use them someday.

Missing a part
The product is missing the lock nut and the phone does not hild in its placeUpdate - The customer service was excellent and were swift in responding and replacing the part. Very impressed with the company.

Missing items
I honestly love the headset; how it feels high quality, although made out of plastic with a silk ear cover, but otherwise satisfied. Only problem for me I get a used "very good" condition bluetooth legacy and it came with most of the parts other than the one I actually need to use it on my console.The 3.5mm converter never came with it so I can only use it on bluetooth or on my PC but basically I can't use my mic to talk to friends if on xbox
