Toucan Wireless Outdoor Camera Build-in Rechargeable Battery is so easy to install, magnetic mount. The night vision is good, better than we expected. Motion detection is a plus too, with this function, it saves battery life and alert us when there’s movement in our yard thru notifications on our phone. The picture quality is excellent too, 131 degree adjustable angle. A very reliable product, it’s also waterproof too.

TBH, it wasn't obvious to me at purchase time that the v2 of this was already available and that I was looking at the v1 M5 - but but heck if that feature difference really mattered for why I needed. All I need and more for professional videoconference calls and recorded presentations for my family, friends, and co-workers.

My friend likes these so much he owns 3 and bought these after buying 3 other brands. He likes all the features including setup to view multiple cameras at once, programming them to watch different areas at different times, voice capability, and the easy setup. I did have an issue with it connecting, but that was due to a resent router change that caused confusion about the old ID/PW and the new router ID/PW. The staff at Wansview was very helpful with this. They asked appropriate questions and provided targeted responses that helped resolve the issue. I bought a 128 GB mini for storage as well.

I mainly bought this because it was inexpensive and was needed to give a presentation through Microsoft TEAMS. It worked very well, but I didn't use the built in mic. I also see a need for better lighting as my face was a little dark when I viewed myself, but the meeting attendees said it looked fine on their end. Also, mine sits on a 24" desktop monitor, so it was looking down at me from an upward position, which could have affected the lighting. But it got the job done nicely!

 To be clear this is my first GoPro, so if you're thinking of upgrading from a previous model another review may be more useful. If you're new to GoPro than hopefully my review can help you.The GoPro Hero 11 comes wrapped in brown wrapping paper. Inside we got a nicer display packaging. To actually open the GoPro there is a tear off line at the bottom. So if this is ripped or pulled off you likely got a used one.Everything is nested in a nice travel case. You get the camera, the battery, a helmet mount (adhesive), a charging cable, a bunch of manuals and instructional paper. I appreciate they package everything in a travel case, but the only thing I wished they did better was if they replaced the recyclable cardboard cutout with a more premium foam insert. You are more likely to keep the cutout to house everything in the case, at least until the cardboard is no longer usable, so why not just provide a long lasting foam insert?Lets briefly talk about the still photos. It works pretty good but I can't help but feel that your smartphone can do an equal or better job. As a quick point and shoot camera, you're photo may end up a bit blurry, as demonstrated with one of my photos that has two people walking in a distance. Pictures are for the most part sharp enough with a good amount of detail. However it will most likely underperform against your premium smartphone camera in low light situations. Night time photos either end up more grainy or too dark to distinguish your surroundings.Lets go over the app. You will need to signup to the GoPro App. Some would prefer if an action camera was as simple as shooting recordings and transferring videos from the SD card, however this is not the case here. You need to update your camera when you first get it, which requires you to download and sign up to GoPro Quik. The app has some additional premium features locked under some subscription. I personally don't like the reoccurring fees, but I suppose some may find the service valuable enough. The app does let you remote connect and control you GoPro remotely. It also let you view, edit, and download video footage however it can be quite slow to transfer as your videos can be quite large. My main issue with the app is I am unable to view my videos on my phone. I own an android phone running android 10 with a snapdragon 845 and 6gb of ram, but I don't have the necessary codecs to play videos that I download off my GoPro. But at least you can pop out the SD card and play it onto your PC. If you need to convert the file format to something more usable or clip the video, you can download the GoPro Player to convert your footage into CineForm, HEVC, or H.264.Leaving the most important topic for last the video recording. This camera is pretty much the gold standard, the best of the best, the brand that is most reputable and is backed with a hype train. Like I initially stated, I don't know if upgrading from a previous version is worth it for you, but just entering into a GoPro appears to be a good choice. There are tons of video formats you can choose to record. It has great image stabilization and a horizon locking feature. One thing about image stabilization, you will need to go into the menu and set your camera controls to 'Pro' in order to see the controls for image stabilization. It is also not an option if you decide to film in Hyperview resolution, which my video was filmed in if I recall correctly. There other neat features added such as long exposures shots and slow motion. You can see a very short example at the end of my video. The only thing that could be improve again is the low light recording as it does get too dark and while this may be an apples to orange comparison, some security cameras have great low light filming nowadays that would be amazing on a GoPro.Most of my pictures and videos aren't the most amazing, which is why I said this Action Camera is only as good as the user. GoPro definitely gets pros who understands photography and videography to get the best clips to appeal to the audience. At least when you get a GoPro you can be assured the device is good and there are plenty of accessories and peripherals on the market at an affordable price.

I have a lot of outside animals, and I wanted something to use to easily check in on the horses and flocks day and night, even when I’m away from home. These cameras were incredibly easy to install and working within minutes. I have the ability to pop on my phone, click which camera I want to use, and in a moment, I’m looking at my pastures from the comfort of my bed. The peace of mind I have now is amazing. It zooms almost 360 degrees so I mounted them where I can see the most. Night vision is good, and you can even turn on a light remotely if you want to get great imaging if you need more detail than the night vision. We also have one camera set up recording our house and driveway. We have motion alert on that one and it works great! I get a little notification on my phone and can click and watch the short recorded clips it picked up. Love that for safety. Even if someone saw the camera and messed with it, the clips are already safely on my phone. One of my four cameras suddenly wouldn’t power on, and I emailed the company who got back to me quickly and were able to send me a replacement camera right away. Excellent customer service. We’ll be adding more cameras around our big property, and I’ll definitely be sticking with this brand and company!

We have had this camera for a year and the battery got shot due to us leaving it on all the time on the charger! I contacted EUFY Customer support, Jordan, to see if we could buy just the monitor! I didn't even know it was in warranty so they sent us a new one for free. We love the cameras! We have one in the playroom and bedroom, so we couldn't live without it! The picture is clear in daylight and at night!Thank you again Jordan!
