Excellent security camera with great customer support.
Easy setup, solar powered, great images, and amazing customer support. Had an equipment failure and support was all over it. Got replacement panel in little to no time. Security camera up and running with no other issues.

Great product for home or business!
I love Amcrest product and their service. So when this device was released I had to have it. We have a pretty long driveway to our house and I wanted something that would allow me to see the entry point as well as specific area around that entry. The zoom and night vision capabilities are amazing on this model! Another great part of owning Amcrest products is the great customer service and response time to technical needs. I have only made a few calls to tech support during the initial setup and customization of the camera, but never had to wait in a long queue or get the tech-guy run around.

Tech Support with Richard reese
I was having issues adding Amcrest View to a 2nd device. I contacted tech support and Richard remoted into my PC via Team Viewer and walked me through the entire process. He was knowledgeable and easy to understand. I felt confident he knew his job. I really like Amcrest tech support!

Good after sales support, good service.
The camera was good and easy to setup but i have a problem with recording issue.I contacted Amcrest support team but due to time zone different , Carlos B with the Houston Based Escalation Tech Support Team willing to stay back late and help me to solve my problem.

Patience
The product works but I had extreme difficulty setting up the switches over WiFi/Bluetooth. It took a lot of patience and multiple tries but it finally worked and Alexa recognized the device immediately. The customer support was excellent!
