It works well, so it is made in plastic and for outdoor maybe metal is better choice because the sun light damage plastic quickly.

Amazing customer service, great product
We really enjoy our speaker! It is so convenient and easy to use. We had a malfunction (after an extended period of time) and Margo with customer service helped to resolve the issue very quickly and courteously. I would absolutely recommend this speaker and this company as a whole.
