Great images! Terrible software and website
Great image quality, great customer service (thanks, Chester!) but really, really, really difficult to set up and manage. App interface is very challenging to use and not intuitive at all. In order to make this work you have to download extra software and I even had to have the tech support person take over my computer to get the camera onto the network (and I am not a tech novice).Amcrest, please fix your website and apps.

Easy and Works as Advertised
Not only are these sockets fast and easy to install but they support Alexa. Better than that the customer support if fantastic, They will answer you in less than 24 hours and with the correct answers. KUDOS to customer support.

Good customer help
I did have some issues with this camera, mainly the attachment of it to my boat. I was surprised to hear from their customer support staff offering support for my issue. It's always nice to work with a company that stands behind their product.

AMCREST CUST/SUPPORT, YESSSSSS !! ;-}
I did a phone reset the other day and when Google started updating all my apps, I noticed AMCREST had updated theirs Jan. 15, 2018. Well, couldn't reconnect my IP2M-841 to my Nexus 6P phone and was foolin' around w/it for a few frustrating hrs, dang it anyway ! Heck, finally emailed cust support (support@amcrest.com), sent a buncha screenshots asking, "Wazzup...can't reconnect my cam ?" Less than 24hrs, gotta response from a lovely young lady named MELISSA JONES explaining (hand holding me !) the whole process of how to reset the cam. Know what, forgot about that 'infamous' "RESET" button. Pushed it in for a few seconds, VOILA', IP2M-841B (in black of course !) back in action ! Can't say 'nuff on how fast & courteous AMCREST cust/support/serv is. Thanku, thanku, again !
