Got this as a replacement for the hdd in my old Alienware M14 laptop. It fit perfectly, and once I installed an os and new drivers for the laptop it fired right up. Plenty of storage space and low level of noise, it is honestly kinda wasted on what is essentially a back up to a back up laptop.

Works Great!
Have been looking for an external data solution for the PS4 since it was released. Fortunately, they now support installing games to external media but the old USB HDDs I had laying around were either failed or incompatible with the PS4. I have been lurking in the shadows for a while to catch one that is specifically marketed as PS4 compatible, but the prices have been outrageous. Not anymore! I went with the 2TB option, which I think will give me plenty of space for my game library throughout the remaining lifespan of the gaming console. I have one minor complaint, but it doesn't seem to effect functionality: I leave my system in low power mode, but when I turn it back on, the Seagate hard drive makes a very loud noise like it is scraping the platter. It's a quick, 1-time bit of noise and everything works fine but it happens every time I power the system back on.

Bought for my ps4. Easy install plug it in ps4 did most of the work. I didn't even have to use instructions. Works great.
