The video on how to install really helped my husband get it in correctly. We love the ease of using our fingerprints. We also love we can give a code to family if they need to get in. Door handle is so easy to use and open. Love that the door locks behind us automatically so we never have to worry about if we locked the door. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent Customer Service
We love this monitor. We've used other monitors in the past, but have found this one to be the most reliable and easiest to use for multiple cameras. Furthermore, when we had an issue with the parent unit almost 1 year past the original warranty date, Infant Optics replaced the unit for us at no charge. We love that the company stands behind their products and would highly recommend this product to other parents.

Customer Service at its Finest
Had the product for several months and could not complain. Worked like a charm until a connection piece broke off. I thought that would be the end of it but I emailed the company as a hail mary. Not a day passed where they completely replaced my product at no extra cost. These guys are truly behind their product and keeping customers happy. Even if this was not the best product in the market you're better off with the peace of mind of knowing you got people who care behind the other screen.

Great Quality and Seemless Transaction

THE BEST customer service!
You can’t beat a company that stands behind their products, & these guys do! We had an issue with our monitor and their customer service time (Kristine especially) was beyond helpful in such a timely manner- they even sent us a new monitor!As for the use I never had to worry with the monitor. Yeah I wish the range was a little better (I’ve heard the Pro does improve on this) but it always gave us peace of mind- at home or during travel. Love the feature to be able to talk to your babe, that definitely helped to calm ours early on.I would definitely recommend this product and this company !!

Easy to assemble
The media could not be loaded.
The light fit so perfect around my room it was behind bright it was so easy to put up it just that the remote control didn’t work I was going to go buy another battery to see if it would work that way.

Great baby monitor!
We purchased the system a couple of years ago. The sound and picture quality is great! We recently just had twins and needed another system, but didn't want to have to carry around two separate monitors. The great thing about this system is we didn't have to. We just needed to purchase another camera and we could use the same monitor. You can either view which room you want or put it on scan and it will go back and forth, which has worked great for what we were looking for. Our monitor stopped working for some reason. I think the power key got stuck or something. I reached out to their customer service and they sent us a replacement at no cost to us and we sent our old one in. This company stands behind their products and was so easy and pleasant to work with. I would recommend this system to anyone looking for a baby monitor.

great lights: simple, easy, as-described & exactl
I wanted something to add a little personality to my home office shelves that sit behind me in my home office, just to brighten the shadows and make them look a little more interested. They sit behind me while I made videos for my business. I wanted something that I could plug in (not batteries) and tha'ts simple and easy to install. Which is exactly what I got, and for a very reasonable price. So, can solidly recommend.
