Handles Improve and Already Good Product
This 5-in-1 is pretty cool. I also have the older model, without the handles, that I have been using for a few years. One thing I noticed, though, was how difficult it can be to hold onto it in the wind. My assistants always struggle with it. These handles make the product so much more user-friendly.I generally use the internal diffuser fabric and the silver reflector part of this 5-in-1, so I can't speak to the effectiveness of the gold or black sides. But I love the softening effect of the light when using it as a diffuser.

Great value for money.
This is a smashing little camera and the quality of the video is excellent. The sound quality is fine if you’re not moving too quickly, but no good if your on a motorbike.I had a small issue and this was resolved quickly. The customer service was absolutely first class.

Safe monitor holder!
This holder makes it easy and safe to install a camera/baby monitor if your crib is not near a wall. This was our case and after a lot of research, I decided to give this a try. I absolutely recommend it!GREAT PRODUCT ALL AROUND!

A lot of additional products for a good price!
The media could not be loaded.
Good quality product for the price. It came with additional complimentary products besides the camera which I think increases its value. Would recommend for anyone who is just starting off in video production.

Better than expected!!!
Camera works perfectly for my MicroSoft Teams calls. I sit with a window behind me and this keeps me looking totally normal and not shadowed out. Easy to assemble. Just plug and play. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase.

Small manual flash
I bought this to use as a slave flash and as a hair light. It is dead simple to use as is very responsive as a slave. It is not a great choice if you want it on the camera as it does not have TTL but I have used it in a pinch and it works great in manual!

Catching nature in stride!
My son absolutely loves this camera! He’s been watching big adventures on YouTube and now we are making our own! We can take this anywhere and get multiple shots and crystal clear video. Love it.

Quality Videos but poor battery life
I really like how stable and easy it is to use. The video quality is great but the battery life, not so much. Plus it gets really hot if you use it for 20mins or more. Which defeats the purpose of having a portable camera.

A must have!!!!!!!
Love this product. Great quality and I can now sleep better at night knowing that the camera is away from my child’s reach allowing for optimal safety. Great customer service and I highly recommend this product!!!!!!!
