I purchased this for a present. Great product and it was as described. It worked for what I needed it for! Highly recommended!

I recommend these flash to everyone. They are very inexpensive so I dont worry about them braking or getting knocked over on the dance floor during a wedding reception and they always fire. I know some will not like them cause they are NOT TTL.. they are manual flashes. but they work every time. I have 3 of them and I will continue to buy these.

I am an ametuer photographer and have never worked with an external flash. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a flash to learn on. That being said I had to forego a few features found on higher priced flashes but this flash had what I need at this time.The flash strength and distance is good.I think the product photo is outdated - the shoe mount is metal not plastic.The flash is made of sturdy plastic and maneuvers easily.The recycle time is quite fast and I have not run into any over heating issues.The pull out diffuser and bounce are ok. The bounce does refract light which I use to direct light to a reflector. I also purchased an attachable diffuser. When you pull the filter out it also pulls out the bounce. You can push the bounce back and just keep the diffuser pulled out. But if you want to pull the bounce out you'll need to push the diffuser back in and pull them back out together.The only thing I have run into is the mount lock screws down and have found a couple times that it has come loose enough for the flash will slide off. I am not sure how this manages to happen so I just make sure I check it often.This flash can also be slaved so even when I do upgrade I will still have a use for this flash and will probably add a couple more to my gear.Over all I am very happy with the flash and would definitely recommend to a friend.

This flash has worked great for me so far. I like the built in reflector. The only problem I have is sometimes I get trigger happy and I have to remember to wait a second in between shots because if I shoot a picture and shoot again, the flash may not fire and I get a black shot.

I was my first external flash and it is great. Easy and simply to use and you cannot beat the price. If you are looking for a simple good quality flash this is the one for you!

Haven't used it extensively but so far so good. It's been in use for about 8 hours. This is my first flash and I can't believe it took so long for me to realize that adding a flash makes so much difference. It's easy to operate. Just adjust output with the -/+ buttons. Now I need some wireless transmitter for off camera use.Only thing was I bought from BestDealUSA. Item arrived on time but didn't get a tracking number til the day it arrive.

Purchased for use with my Canon T3i and it works amzing. Im an amatuer and was taking wonderful pics out of the box after just a few minutes of trial and error and not reading the instructions. It wirks great with the Youngnuo trigger remote as well.

LOVE IT!!!! IM BUYING ME ANOTHER RIGHT NOW! Seriously, it's a great product. Don't mind the reviews.
