Is perfect for all my gear
This backpack does the job and it fits perfectly under the airplane seat! The only thing is that some of the removable dividers can’t be properly placed without them flopping over after removing the camera or lens. It’s not a deal breaker but a bit annoying.

neat, interesting, some issues.
I really wanted to explore 360 videos & photos.This camera is really the best choice currently - but it has some issues.Pros: small, easy to use.Cons: Expensive (they all are), mediocre image quality, hard to use small touch-screen for controls, the editing app on PCs is very limited, one would have to use the phone app instead.What?? Use a 7" phone screen for video editing instead of a 30" computer monitor? For the most basic exporting of photo & videos, that works OK. But for all of their other "fancy" effects, not possible on a PC.And it has 5760 resolution, but that is spread out over the whole 360 sphere, so any individual viewpoint or image is fairly low quality; certainly way below HD. Even the exported videos look fine in a small (~YouTube) window, but if you enlarge to full-screen, they are very grainy.And while some 360's are pretty neat for things, it certainly is not up to standard photo quality - (yet?)....It won't replace any camera (or phone camera!); an interesting toy.

Comparable to GoPro Hero3/Hero+ for a fraction of
Ultimately, this product is a few years behind the market. The features that it comes with are simple, straightforward, and easy to understand. The battery life is fair to poor, only getting about one hour or so per battery. This can be remedied with some sort of external power bank, which I would recommend for prolonged filming. I would compare this things ability to film at about the Hero+ or Hero3 level. It isn't a bad device, in fact it's far from it, and the accessories that you get with it are great. This is a perfect little device for a budget setup with an adequate camera. It won't be your 'film everything in 4K at 240 FPS' sort of camera, but for my airsoft purposes it does well. Would I recommend it? Yes, I would. Would I say it's the best? No, but then you aren't buying this because it's the newest and greatest product. You are getting this because it's a great budget GoPro that will fill a specific role until you can get a better camera later down the line.

Le projecteur est bien plus encombrant que je l’imaginais, mais ça ne pose pas de problème.La qualité de l’image est très supérieure à ce à quoi je m’attendais (peut être dû à mon expérience avec des projecteurs professionnels). Le mode cinéma apporte plus doux que les couleurs éclatantes.Le shift Lens vertical est très pratique pour pouvoir l’utiliser sur une table basse (mon cas)Le bruit du ventilateur s’entend quand il n’y a plus aucun bruit dans le film, sinon, on ne s’en rend pas compteGlobalement ravi de mon achat ! EPIC CAMERA - LACK OF INSTRUCTIONS - broke my side
I received my Hero 5 Black promptly after the 2 day shipping. I also got the Karma Grip to use with the Hero. Unfortunately, The manual has no detail or instruction on how to remove the side door (where HDMI and USB charger connect) AT ALL. To use the GroPro with the Karma Grip you must detach the extremely delicate (and plastic) latch completely to insert the camera into the Karma. I resorted to video tutorials online so get the best VISUAL tutorial on how to remove the door. Well it BROKE, and now its $20 to replace this side door and its not waterproof until i replace it. Really peeved that i already broke my brand new camera. go pro support took forever and then put me on a call wait list for support and never called me back haha, lame.BESIDES ALL THAT! Its an epic camera that i will be using for many vlogs and music videos! Great piece of technology! 4 stars for lack of instruction

Start here to get your feet wet with action camera
2" rear Touchscreen! Is this a true 4K camera? No, the sensor isn't natively capable of that resolution. But it is very capable of 1080p 30 and 60 frame video which looks very good for it's price range. Plus, a key feature (image stabilization) is only available using the 1080p modes, not in the interpolated 4K modes, so that's another big reason to leave this camera in 1080p. I've set mine for 1080p 30 frame in order to increase recording time over 60 frame. Audio on this model is now usable unlike the earlier model and other Chinese GoPro copies. Comes with tons of attachments and 2 batteries. If you're thinking of trying out cameras or just learning what's available, start here. Even if you just end up recycling it as a wide-angle dashboard camera (this model can be set to loop record and invert it's image 180 degrees in order to suction-cup mount upside down from your interior windshield), it's well worth the price of admission.

Great Water Cam!
I got this to take on a snorkeling trip. The video quality was great and even captured some sound while inside of the waterproof case. I was very happy however the battery died on day 2 of snorkeling. I meant to change the battery but I forgot and it ended up dying a few minutes after going into the water. I would say I used the camera 2-3 hours the day before, not continuously. The camera comes with 2 batteries so you can easily swap the batteries as needed. The picture quality was way better than I expected. For something I wont be using very frequently, this camera was a way better value than spending the money on a GoPro. Very easy to use. I did have to look through reviews to figure out how to pair with my cell phone. Pictures did not save to my phone for some reason. I'll have to figure it out. Uploaded photos and videos to my laptop with cord with no problem.

A good drunk purchase!
This was initially a drunk purchase, so when it came, I wasn't sure I really needed it and debated returning it. But I decided to play with it, and I like it a lot! It's easy to set up, and the remote is tiny enough that I can easily hide it in my hand. We've been able to use it for family photos and facetime calls without having to sacrifice one of us to hold the camera or try to set a photo timer.The only downside is that when the remote is connected to my phone, the keyboard doesn't work. I can send gifs and whatnot in a text, but if I need to type, the keyboard won't show up until I disconnect.BUT I also recently had an issue with my iphone where the 1x camera wouldn't work and the flash wouldn't either due to a software glitch. But I discovered if I connect and disconnect the remote, the camera and flash work again. So they cancel each other out.

Impressed Way Beyond Expectations

I fully expected to realize this was a gimmick and return it. ... However, I am absolutely blown away! If I could link you to my YouTube videos, I would, but Amazon has a superiority complex. ...Anyway ... This camera performed beyond expectations and did great even at night, which was impressive. The flowstate stabilization is beyond any camera i've ever used. ... Only downside, you better have a very powerful cellphone, or like me, it'll take an hour just to render a 10min video. They really need to fix their desktop software, it doesn't have motion tracking or any smart features. You can only use the smart tracking and editing features on your cellphone, which is beyond the definition of stupidity. I've submitted a support ticket/complaint, but they don't care about us PC users, really sad... Anyway! GREAT CAMERA! Better than GoPro, no question about it.
