needs a little more organization
This product was great but my laptop was pushing on the zipper so I had to return it for one with a bit more space. I required a bit more room for the camera and its goodies as well. I also like to have a space to drop my cell in and extra memory cards,chargers and cables so a pocket would have been nice for that as well. For a quick trip or a person that don't take a lot of camera things......this bag would be great!! It really is a great bag!

Great battery life and easy set up
We are having a second baby and needed a monitor with more than one camera and one that lasted/worked better than our last one. I did lots of research online as far as top cameras and the DXR-8 kept checking all the boxes and was at the top of the lists almost every time. We received our camera a week or so ago and it was so easy to set up and the quality/picture is amazing. We have been without a monitor for 6+ months now and I forget how helpful they are. So happy we went with this one after reading reviews and talking to friends who love their DXR-8’s!

Pretty Good For The Price
This is a good camera for the price. My needs are not demanding, so it meets them for the most part. There are a couple of things I would like to be better, however. The bracket used to hold it to the top of a monitor works fine for most standard monitors, but my main display is an LCD TV with a particularly deep case and it doesn't feel very secure. In addition the placement of my monitor in relation to my computer makes the cord too short to plug it in. For these two reasons I have the camera sitting on my desk in front of the monitor, but it doesn't really bend up far enough to work well that way either.

Easy, safe, and great customer service
We love this monitor system. We like that it's not on wifi. The signal carries far enough for us (within our home, doesn't reach outside). We like the flexibility of using multiple cameras with one monitor, and we can easily bring our camera over to my in-law's house (where they have one camera and one monitor) and pair them for use with 2 kids in 2 different rooms.My customer service experience was EXCELLENT. They replaced a monitor that wasn't working for unexplained reasons even though we were 2 years out of warranty. Very appreciated.

Great monitor - even better customer service
We really love this monitor, but the reason I am writing this review is that infant optics provides excellent customer service.Our monitor began having some battery issues around a year, and our customer service rep, Kristine, helped walk us through fixing them. More importantly, our camera ended up having an issue with picture clarity at night and despite being just beyond our warranty, infant optics replaced the camera for us!I have a few friends who have these and have not had any issues. I think it's a great product!

Works perfect for what it is.
I bought this for my desktop computer because I needed a camera for zoom classes. It's obviously not going to be the highest quality camera out there but for the price and what I need it for it does the job perfectly.My one gripe is that for my computer, I had to plug it in to my computer tower which is under my desk. The USB cable from the top of my computer to my desktop tower just wasn't long enough and I needed to purchase an extension cord. However, if you're using this for your laptop or have your computer tower close to your monitor, this is a non-issue.

We love it! Perfect for our family
We love our baby camera! It's perfect for our needs. Super silent when you move the camera around so doesn't wake a light sleeper like my baby. The night vision is so clear, I couldn't believe it! Love that you can unplug it and move it around without any problems. We move it to my son's room during the day to watch him play. We plan on getting more add on cameras since you can connect so many! My kids get a kick out of the talk feature. Absolutely love it!

Thought it wasn't working but...
I plugged this in to a rear USB3 port on my streaming desktop. The image flickered, cut out, and had terrible refresh rate.After much googling, I learned that many computers use a USB controller on the rear ports that is incompatible with this camera. Just move it to the front, they said. So I did and the picture was perfect again. With decent color, good refresh rate, and 4k, it works well for my needs now. The only downside is I lose the use of one front USB jack. Since I have run other Logitech cameras from the rear ports, this camera loses a star.

Fantastic high-quality monitor!
I love everything about this monitor. I needed this because we were watching our two grandchildren for a week. I wanted to be able to have a camera in each room and be able to see and hear them on a split screen whenever they were sleeping. The night vision is superb! Being able to pan the camera or zoom in to find where the baby had moved to in the crib was a wonderful feature. There’s also many music choices or white noise, which I chose. There are so many extra features including a nightlight. But it’s the quality that makes this monitor excellent! I highly recommend this monitor.
