Even though this particular item didn't completely fit my needs (was trying to use it in a bird box), customer service was very helpful with hints for usage and very prompt and courteous. I would highly recommend

Great customer service
AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We love our monitor. Easy to set up & operate. Our screen stopped working so we contacted customer service. We sent it back & they sent us a new one free of charge. Rare to find a company like that these days!

Great service!
I ordered this for my tundra pickup and it didn't fit very well. Customer service contacted me to make sure it fit. I told them about it and they sent me a different version of it right away. The new version worked perfectly. Great customer service!

They ROCK!
First off, the sound is excellent! Second, customer service rocks!! Had a little problem with the charge port wiggling/not charging 5 months after purchase. Customer service was on point & sent me out another speaker! I Would recommend this speaker to anyone looking for a larger, louder one.

Love the keyless lock!
Love this lock! But it does have some issues getting set up but customer service is awesome!

Ecotone Sound + Sleep machine
Love this machine! Had a bit of trouble with it today though. The power button kept blinking and after calling customer service and asking about resetting the device, I got a new machine for free! It's a great product, and the sound quality is great. Wonderful customer service as well!
