Alexa is Hard Headed!!!! She won't listen!!!
The setup was confusing but with a little research they work fine. If you have a Spectrum router it's going to give out a 5ghz signal. So the fix is to have 2 separate phones. Unplug your router and on one phone set up a hot spot and give it the same user name and password as your router. This is so the 2nd phone and receive a signal from the phone with the hot spot. This will give you a 2.4 ghz signal to set up the lights. Once this is done. Plug in your router, then you sync up the plus minus with Alexa . If Alexa won't find your devices, reset Alexa by holding your action button or the circle button for 30 seconds or until she says she is restarted. Then it should work. Pain in the butt....but it works....Sheesh!!! Good product though. I like it

Great value for the money!
Got these for my wife, she loves them! She's had them for six months and uses them with our Vizio TV, Sony stereo and her tablet, laptop devices. They have a very reliable bluetooth connection, she says the sound quality is excellent, they're lightweight, fold compactly for travel/carry, and are all day comfortable. Note these are not the breathable type earpads, so they can feel warmer than the breathable foam type, but she prefers the sound quality and noise reduction of these compared to breathable headsets, and she says she can walk the entire house without losing signal.

If you understand what it does its great
If you understand that it boosts your cell signal and doesn’t create a signal out of thin air then you’ll love it!!! I live in the mountains and it gets me signal places i never could get signal but doesn’t get signal everywhere. There has to be somewhat of a trace to be picked up and amplified. But I’ve very happy and the quality seems awesome. Ive ordered one for my wife as well. I know 500+ sounds like alot but when you live in an area like mine its worth it i work on the road all day doing service calls so this was perfect and solved my issue

Impressively loud and clear
The title says it all I didn’t expect such loud clear signal from these small monitors. I was a little thrown off by comments saying they didn’t last a day or a week but mine have lasted over a month of 4 hours usage every day. Don’t let them effect you, they received a defective product

Boosted like a champ
For whatever reason my home just doesn’t get good signal. Maybe it’s the walls or roof idk but every service seems to sputter once you walk into the signal black hole known as my house. Set the signal booster on the roof ran the cords and now my signal is top notch. Streaming video from my phone while in my house was almost impossible, now I got 4-5 bars constantly. Install was super easy and I am reaping the rewards. Verizon is my carrier.
