Great headphones, great company
I love the sound quality of this product especially for the price. The company supports the product; after nine months, one of the earbuds stopped charging. Occiam sent a replacement set within days. I'm very happy with the purchase.

Great monitor, great company
I have twins and I needed a monitor so I can see both. I am so glad I got this monitor! It has a very clear picture, day ans night. I had it for almost a month and then my monitor wouldn't charge anymore. I emailed customer support to ask for a replacement and within the hour they emailed me back and I'm getting a replacement sent to me. I was so worried it would be a hassle to get a new monitor and it was just the opposite. I highly recommend this company!

Great Item. Great Company
Bought this in May, 2011, as a Gold Box special. It does exactly what it advertises. Now, I don't live in a noise laden environment, but I have street noise, 3 dogs, and annoyingly close major appliances (fridge and freezer). This effectively masks everything except the local full-sirens-at-2am-even-when-the-streets-are-deserted ambulance jockeys. The adaptive technology (gets louder in response to louder noises) really does what it says.I was quite disappointed when the unit simply died last weekend. Nothing but a blinking power light. I noticed on the Amazon.com message board that units with a specific serial number (same as mine) shared a propensity to do this. Figures. Says in the brochure that it has a 1-year warranty. We'll see about that.So, I sent an email to the support address listed on the website. Next day Ira replies, "New unit will be on the way." Got tracking info. 3 days later, new unit (with software upgrades and non-offending serial number) is in my bedroom. No questions asked. Didn't have to get a return approval, or even return the item, for that matter. "Sorry for your inconvenience," Ira said. "We want you happy. Please dispose of your old unit in an environmentally friendly way." (OK, I'm paraphrasing a little to save space. But that's really how my encounter went.)So, how do I rate an item that does exactly what I want, from a company that happily makes good on its pact with customers?5 big stars, that's how.

Great product. Great company.
I bought this machine for my wife 4 years ago and since then we have both become addicted to it. Great choice of sounds with fantastic quality. Adaptive Sound Technologies is even better than their product. Recently, our machine started making some odd noises so I contacted them for repair info. Their immediate response was to send a brand new machine. Without questions. I was not expecting that but truly appreciate it... especially after having the machine for nearly 4 years.

Great Monitor, Great Company
We have had an Infant Optics monitor for almost five years. Our first monitor worked great until the charging port begin to fail. When we had a second child, and needed a second camera, we purchased a new monitor. The new unit had an improved charging port. It was a vast improvement over the previous model, but it indicated that this company is committed to providing a quality product and improving its technology. Recently, our second monitor began to fail again. It was one-month out of the one-year warranty, but Infant Optics sent us a replacement anyway. Their customer service folks were pleasant and easy to work with. It's been a rough year, and having such an helpful and positive exchange was a relief. You might be reading this right now and thinking, "Um, you've gone through three monitors in five years...this doesn't sound like a great purchase." Here's my response:*This company continues to improve its technology - it is committed to providing a high-quality product. That matters to me, especially when it comes to caring for my family.*If there is a problem with your monitor, a team of caring professionals will work with you to troubleshoot your issue and make things right. In other words, your purchase is guaranteed - if it doesn't work, they will work to fix it.*The customer service folks are VERY responsive. I was able to contact them through email (my preferred method of communication), and received responses within a few hours. I even received email responses in the evening - as a working parent, this was perfect timing. This company understands families and has the same urgency as we do to get things back on track.The bottom line is, this monitor works VERY well and your purchase means a lot to the company. We've tried a few others, including some sound-only monitors. The Infant Optics model charges well, keeps its charge, has a clear picture, is easy to set up and toggle between two cameras. If you have a problem with your monitor, the company will work with you and has a process in place to send a replacement (we got ours in two days). Definitely recommend.

I love my light with all of it's versatility and flexibility! I even ran into one problem and the company was not only great to work with, but resolved my issue swiftly.
