Didn't Work For Me - Edit: Great Customer Service
I initially wrote a one-star review for my product, as the mount kept falling off. Vera from Customer Service reached out to me and made arrangements for a replacement unit to be sent, and included pointers for making sure that the mounting disk sticks. Great customer service wins me over all the time, and I more than appreciate the extra effort that was made. So far, the new unit is sticking, but even if there are problems, the Customer Service group has proven themselves admirably.

Great product and even better customer service!
Precision Pro NX7 Slope is an excellent product and performs great but more importantly the customer service is even better. My rangefinder developed a problem after two months of use and the company sent me a new replacement model immediately no questions asked! Great product and great customer service.

Excellent customer service.
Excellent customer service! First one broke while adjusting angle of phone after a few weeks. Customer service saw the poor review and sent a replacement. Stating I must have received a defective product. The replacement came immediately. If the replacement lasts I will update to a five star.

Good customer service
Worked well until it didn’t. Wouldn’t turn on one day. Haven’t used it much. Called customer service for eufy security and they tried a couple solutions and are now mailing a whole new one. Much appreciated working with Christian. Quick, well done customer service.

Bummed but redeemed
Update* after I wrote my review the customer service immediately refunded my money and sent me a new toy! Very good customer service!We really loved this when we got it. But it only lasted a week. The noises stopped working and there is no way to get into the toy to fix it.

Excellent product and customer service!!!
I purchased this item for a van. The first one didn't work with the shape of my dashboard. The customer service person ( Evelyn) was excellent. She looked up my type of van and sent out another type of item they carry and sent it to me and it's perfect.EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Great product.
We've had ours just over a year now and it works great. We had an issue with out monitor not charging anymore. Reach out to customer service (via Facebook) & they sent us a new one the next day. Amazing customer service. Great product. Highly recommend.

Great Customer Service
My mount broke from normal use just over a year after purchase. I contacted customer service and spoke with Rollin. Rollin was very eager to assist and promptly shipped me a free replacement. I would purchase this again simply due to Rollins exceptional customer service.
