We did not even get to use this product because the app that was required to be downloaded our phone flagged as malware, so we didnt even want to risk it and returned the item. I will say the return was accepted and very easy...

Nice system once you get it working.
My hard drive broke a day after I installed the system. I spent many hours diagnosing. I found that chatting through Amazon and Hiseeu was best rather than calling Saul. Once we determined the hard drive was bad they sent one out the next day. Camera resolution is very good. I could not figure out the Email alert function. I have the motion detection sensitivity set on the lowest setting and receive system alerts every time a bug flies in front of the camera. Especially at night. I think the led's attract the bugs. I'm glad I don't get email alerts because of this. I would have a thousand emails a day. Anyways its a good system for the money.

This one worked for my iPhone XS Max. Tried others and they barely opened wide enough.

Get a key ring or lanyard or you will lose this.
Purchased to store kids movies for rear seat entertainment center in our vehicle. Easily holds about 100 movies or so depending on file size. Transfer speed was decent with us 3.0. had to reformat to NTFS to work with vehicle.For users complaining of formatting issues.... Windows can format to fat32, exFat, and NTFS in Windows explorer. You don't need any additional software for a quick and free format. Just do an online search. EaseUs software is better suited for hard drive copying, multi partition creation, data recovery. Very useful for swapping hard drives in the same computer and want to retain windows, registration, etc.

Good value. Get two for stereo sound
Like. Small size fits on any shelf and portable, good connectivity. Power shuts off automatically after a while with no signal to save battery. Expected more bass sound from other reviews but still good for such small speakers. Good tonal quality for background music in my office room and no distortion. Not enough volume for outdoors. Really good value and probably sound better with two units for the stereo separation and higher volume. Cannot go wrong with Cambridge Soundworks products. I will be buying the second unit.

Great lights but sometimes you get a dud.
One of the four light was dead on arrival. I purchased two of these lights last year and they survived the hot Arizona sun and the fifth wettest monsoon season on record. So I must have just gotten a dud. Great lights otherwise.Update: JMR Trading kindly referred me to Amazon Customer Service who issued a credit for the bad light. This is why I changed from four stars to five stars.

Very good price for what you get
I liked the simply design and easy hookup. Yes, you have to have some technical experience, but the equipment is very good quality. So far, I have one camera and dvr hooked up. I went through the setup on my andriod phone, and it works like the manual states. Setting up the email push does require you to set up a dummy gmail account, then to into the account and lower the security setting, then you can use that account as the SMTP account to your target email The support I got from Saul was great. Be sure to unpack all of the equipment from the box. Orignally I thought I was missing power supplies but Saul emailed me saying to look for the 4 in 1 wire, and all is ok now.I am impressed with the amount of features you get for the money. Good product so far. I will be installing the rest of the cameras soon.
