Great portable security camera
I needed a camera for my car during the night since I had a car break in. Battery on the camera does not last so I am using a power bank. I do have to charge it everyday whenever the power bank runs out of juice. Picture/video quality is excellent. Motion detection works well and with micro SD card (not provided), you can record the picture and video. Infrared Light (IR) feature does not work well and difficult to view the picture/video. Magnet on the camera is not strong. Wish the camera comes with a clip accessory for clipping to your clothes for mobile recording or clipping on to things whenever you cannot use the magnet. Overall great camera and app. Looking forward to updated version to address these lack of features that I mentioned.

Does the job, but need more light
I have an iMac and it stays sticks on the curved back just fine. I leave it on there, plugged in for my Zoom meetings and content creations. I wish it were larger or projected more light. Also learned that it’s better to have your light detached from the camera, and pointing top down; wish it had a longer “neck” and thicker bottom to give it a separation look.It does the job, but I still need more lighting bc I sit adjacent to a huge window with a lot of sunlight, which darkens my face on camera. Might be better off buying 2 less inexpensive ones if you’re needing a lot of light.

Great addition to the home nursery!
The Kidsneed Baby Monitoring System has been an awesome addition to our care routine. It’s super easy to hook up. The 3.5 monitor display is the perfect size to take with you into another room. I love that this camera has a speaker. You can pick from 3 different lullabies to play for baby. You can adjust the volume and brightness as needed on the display. I love the zoom feature and the fact that the display sits upright at a tilt. You can even talk to baby with this monitor. Oh and the night vision on the camera is great! Hands down one of the best baby monitoring system I’ve ever purchased. An awesome find!

Amazing customer service!
I love these monitors. My first was purchased for my baby Aug 2018 then got a 2nd camera for my baby in Jan 2020. I love them all! I had the old style monitor and the old plug didn't work anymore and although I was outside of the warranty time frame they still sent me a new one with no charge. I was so thankful. They have helped me numerous times with replacements and pieces and all other types of things I needed and they make sure you're happy. The quality of the picture is still great camera works well and it's withheld lots of abuse moves and traveling. Love infant optics

Great customer service
This is the second Infant Optics camera I've purchased over the last 3 years (they take a lot of wear and tear, but only so much!) and it's been a very reliable camera. The antenna tends to come loose after constant use, but it happened a bit earlier with the second one. I contacted Infant Optics customer support and they were SO helpful. Emma C. from their customer support team was super responsive, issued the exchange, and then followed up with me multiple times to make sure I had everything submitted so she could send out the replacement. Great experience overall and wonderful to have the personal attention through the process!

great product!
Our condo is super strict about keeping your door appearance and not changing anything in common areas. This peephole camera gives me and extra level of security while being discreet. None of my neighbors or the condo management can tell that I’ve installed this discreet camera. Setting it up was easy and the LCD picture quality is a lot better than I expected it to be. My condo hallway is always brightly lit so I am not sure how well it would perform in low light situations. It’s also nice knowing I have a 3 year warranty but let’s hope I don’t have to use it!
