Great product for the price!
Love the product and all that comes with it! One of the umbrella lights was dysfunctional, however, I emailed customer service and they responded immediately and are shipping me a replacement. I think the back drop support stand could be a LITTLE bit sturdier, but overall I am over pleased with my purchase and their customer service.

Excellent customer service
We have these at our cabin, the batteries last for quite a while, but the night vision doesn’t work at all, kinda useless.Update........I received an email from customer service regarding the night vision on our camera, customer service was excellent and replaced our cameras with an upgraded version. We have yet to set them up I will review those when we get them to where they need to be, but as far as customer service, surely they deserve the 5 stars! Thank you Sarah for all your help!

Remote didn't work.
UPDATE ...I called customer service and they were eager to semd an entire new set of lights. Thank you for excellent customer service.I really like this product, easy to install and operate, easy to understand instrutions. Came as as expected but the remote doesn't work, even after multiple resets. Otherwise I would rate it better. I will see how custmer service is, and update as needed.

Image is amazing and easy to setup and customer service is top notch. So many different options to play with. Took a gamble with this company with all the choices that are out there and i feel that this company hiseeu is the best on specs and their customer service is amazing and very quick to resopnd. Makes me feel safe with quality products and service to back them up. So happy with my purchase and trust me you will be too.

Great sound and super customer service!
Great quality for the price, especially when comparing to MUCH More expensive competitor units that sound similar. And excellent customer service. I bought this and it worked great for about a year when it suddenly stopped working. I was hesitant to write customer service fearing they wouldn’t honor the warranty after a year. They had me do a couple things and when those didn’t work, they mailed me out a brand new speaker! I didn’t even have to mess with returning the old one. Super customer service and I’m now a lifelong customer. Thanks!

Incredible Customer Service
This monitor has been great for our kiddo. She loves that we can speak to her through it and that it can play lullabies to her. It has become a part of her bedtime routine.But what really sets it apart from others is the incredible customer service. We had a concern and within 48 hours we not only were able to speak to an actual person but also they were able to resolve our issue. Customer service like that is hard to find nowadays. Great job to your customer service team HelloBaby!

Amazing customer service
Okay SO. I ordered my first one, it arrived July 19. Love it. Started to crackle so I reached out to customer service. I sent them a video. They sent out a new machine and I received it today... Took 1 day. Honestly, customer service alone is the reason I'll continue to purchase this in the future. Great machine though, it has REALLY helped my sleep!! I use the white noise #3 option. Alice at customer service was phenomenal. Thank you!!
