Customer service is beyond reproach. Had a problem and the camera was replaced without question.
Update-The company has issued me a refund via a "gift" card in exchange for me rempving my bad review. I will not remove this bad review because that would be deceptive to future potential customers. The picture quality is very disappointing. Nighttime pictures are USELESS and nothing like what they are advertising. For example, an animal walked within 10' of the camera at night and you can't even tell what kind of animal it is. Also, once the memory card gets to be about 1/2 full, you start getting error messages instead of pictures. And the more full the card gets the more errors you get.

GREAT VALUE FOR THE $$$
I've purchased several backdrops at this price point from different sellers and manufacturers in the past. I've never been happy with the quality, as the printing is usually of low quality and colors faded (like a printer is running out of ink) and seldom looks like the advertised product. This is the first one that looks exactly as advertised and comes on a light weight but durable polyster material. The manufacturer is "HABOKE." I'll always try to buy this brand from now on.

The color photographs well
Not heavy and easy to work with. Rod pocket is a nice feature.
