Great little lamp
Perfect work lamp. Have another one that belonged to my mum but was missing the stem. Contacted the company for a new one. The customer service person was very helpful and sent me a new stem in no time flat. Was very impressed with the company

Worked great for 8months, then started to lose connection. Company sent me a new unit under warranty.

Revised review. Great product!
I had left a negative review back in September. I purchased the product and did not work correctly. The company got in touch with me and sent me a brand new one and made it right. The new one is working perfectly and the company went above and beyond to make it right. 5 stars!

The first purchase was difficult to get it to make sounds but the company replaced it and the new one is fine.

I’m a new mom with twin girls and received this monitor as a gift! I absolutely love it! And what’s even better is the customer service with this company! The battery wasn’t holding a charge so I contacted the company, and within a week, I had a brand new replacement monitor. Will definitely purchase again!!!!
