I love that I can see both my babies at the same time, and —unlike other split-screen monitors I’ve used— it doesn’t stretch out the picture in split mode. I wish it would automatically toggle the camera depending on which one was making noise, but I suppose that’s a lot to ask for the price.The battery life is SO GOOD. I just turn it off in between naps, and I don’t have to charge it all day! Picture quality is good - it’s a little too zoomed in, but fine if you have the camera far enough away.The buttons/controls are a little weird the way they’re set up, so just make sure you read the manual so you know all the weird “tricks” about which buttons to hold and what the eco and alert settings do.Pan and tilt feature works great, temperature is mostly accurate... but only shows even temperatures.. like it skips from 68-70-72.. weird. Scan feature is nice if you want to see the whole picture for each camera, and it switches every 10 seconds.Overall love it!

This is an early comment of the this camera which I purchase directly from Logitech.Although plug and play it did not behave nicely when I plugged it in... rebooting my PC without any notice.I downloaded the camera software and the special background add-on software. The camera software works OK. The background software does not and just shows a solid green image before failing on a windows error. (windows 10). One of the reasons I purchase this was for the background software that lets you substitute an image as your background (replacing the need for a green screen).I have reported the software issue to Logitech. Lets see if they respond with a solution.2/19 Update - Although I did not hear back from Logitech... I kept experimenting with different USB ports on my PC. Eventually I found one that corrected the problem. So... if you have issues... I would try all of your ports to possibly eliminate any problems. Images are good and background software is interesting... just now sure how I can use it right now.... with most software not supporting 4K. (i.e. skype, goto meeting, etc..)

 Such a wonderful kids gadget that includes a lot of bells and whistles. This waterproof kids camera has just about everything your little adventurer could need to have a good time. It has an attachment for a bicycle, it has brackets and even has an adjustable little mini tripod that is small enough that it can be placed in your child's backpack and it would not be intrusive whatsoever. Which makes it ideal to take along with them to have whatever fun time they see fit.All items and aspects are just as waterproof as the camera so that's helpful. Which means if they dive right on in the pool, lake, etc and the straps are connected to the brackets you don't have to worry about those being damaged at all.I'd have to say the bicycle mount so that a child can put it on their handlebars and film where they are going or whatever adventure they're on. It has to be my favorite accessory that's included with this camera.Overall it’s cute, durable and rugged in all the ways you need a child's electronic device to be, yet still light and playful.

We have twin girls and this monitor has been so great for seeing both on the same screen at once. We have a camera over each bed and can easily switch between each camera to scroll around as necessary. If you were to put one in 2 rooms that would still works great because there are separate audios for each camera. After about 6 months use, we had an issue with the cord no longer working in the monitor. Upon closer inspection, I think one of the girls bit into the metal and it broke in the monitor (this is what we're dealing with but I won't get into that). I reached out to customer service at Babysense and they got back to me right away. They offered to trouble shoot but really I knew we just needed a new monitor. Even though this is likely our fault, they still gave us 15% off a whole new set. I looked around for awhile before getting this split screen monitor and none offer as much for this price and the reviews don't compare. Thank you baby sense!

We have had this baby monitor set up for two years. Like anyone, we did a bunch of research. There are a lot of bad reviews on baby cams. This camera is no exception, as there have been plenty of negative reviews on it. However, after 2+ years of daily use, my wife and I have been more than pleased with the performance of this cam.Two features we wanted in a baby cam were no wifi (no possibility of someone hacking the camera) and a designated viewing screen (rather than using an app on our phone).This has worked extremely well for us all this time.Additional pros:-great battery life-great signal range-great night vision-motorized camera panning-the viewing screen looks sleek (it doesn’t look like a baby’s toy)Some cons:-As visible in the picture, a seal inside the monitor has worked its way out of place and is starting to cover obscure the image. Probably a heat/adhesive issue.-Video quality is sufficient, but you can probably get an upgraded version of this same system with better picture quality.

I bought this as an upgrade from the KC120 1080P and have noticed a big improvement. I use this camera in a non-traditional way - it's focused out my front window to monitor the front yard and front door (I can't install an external camera). The KC400 2K has much better resolution and I can see much more detail when I zoom in. It also seems to be better at filtering out false motion notifications like the wind blowing the trees (even with the sensitivity level set really high). I also like that it has person detection notifications, and I have found them to be accurate.For one night I had the cameras side by side and you can definitely tell the newer camera (bottom picture) has much better clarity. Both cameras triggered at the same time when I had a coyote visit my yard. Note: I have night vision completely disabled because the window interferes with the IR LEDs. My external garage light supplies sufficient light for my front yard.

I've had this monitor/camera combo for almost 4 years now and absolutely love it. We had our first baby in 2018 and used a single camera with no issues. Once we had our second baby in 2020, we were able to add another camera easily and the units worked together great.The only issue we had had overall is recently our monitor unit stopped turning on. After 4 years running it every day, this is pretty expected with how much it's used. We attempted to just replace the battery but still did not work. I reached out the customer service department via email and had a great conversation with a rep who was able to identify that the monitor was the old model and offered me a discount on a new model which was cheaper than repairing. The new model (after 2019) has a better charging port and we were able to set it up quickly and easily with our existing cameras! I'm very happy with the service we received and the function of the units. We will continue to use these until we no longer need to and happily suggest this kit to any new parents as well!

This camera is amazing! We spent over 100$ on our summer infant brand baby monitor, and it stopped holding a charge 6 months after we bought it. We finally got fed up with having to keep it plugged in and decided to buy a new one. Read all the reviews on this and thought we couldn’t beat the price. It’s so clear! Way clearer than our old expensive monitor. It came almost fully charged and connected instantly. The picture is so clear I can see our baby’s every breath lol. I also love that we can turn the screen off and it detects when he cries and turns the screen back on. It also has two way talk feature so I can soothe him through the camera. The temperature feature is phenomenal and super accurate and the zoom is just as clear as the regular picture. We are 100% pleased with this baby monitor and plan on buying a second camera for our toddlers room, since it has the option to view more than one room at a time! I’ll be recommending it to all my mom friends.
