Great customer service
Clear picture, good sound quality. Great customer service. We had some issues with the screen glitching and the support team was awesome in helping us problem solve and eventually sending us a new screen.

Great customer service and good product
This product has done great for us for a couple of years. It started to malfunction and even though it was out of warranty customer service granted us a brand new piece of equipment.

Incredible customer service
Outstanding customer service! Jenny was absolutely amazing to deal with and went above and beyond to make us one happy customer!Charger stopped working and she had a new monitor and charger out to us within a day!

Very helpful customer support!
We love our infant optics monitor! It has a great picture. We had another little one so we got a second camera. We recently had a problem with the monitor. I reached out to customer support and was helped by Mel N. She was great and helped me to troubleshoot . When we figured out that I needed a new monitor, she helped to sort things out and sent us a new monitor. I couldn’t thank her enough for all the help she gave us and for providing us with a new monitor.
