Excellent customer service
We had this monitor for just over a year when the screen went black and only the audio worked. We were bummed since we were out of the 12 month warranty window. Regardless, we contacted Infant Optics directly and explained the issue. Despite being out of the warranty time frame, their customer service team worked with us. They were prompt in their communication and thorough with the entire process. They had us send back the monitor and once we proved it shipped, they sent us a replacement. They understood we did not want to be without our screen component for too long. I can't tell you how easy they were to work with and how much we appreciate them working with us. Cannot recommend this brand enough and even more so recommend for the customer service. I feel very lucky! Thanks so much!

Sturdy and bright
These were really pretty. We put them in sacks for illuminaries and wow!!

Easy Alexa setup.
We needed the help of an electrician since we have a new home and have never opened the outlets before. Thank God he is my son-in-law.There were so many wires. Once we completed 1 of the switches, the rest were easy peasy. Alexa recognized them immediately. They work great.

Wired, over the ear with clear sound
We were looking for earbuds that were wired and wrapped around the top of the ear. These stay in place and sound great for the price. Would order again.

Very happy
We went through multiple sound machines before we ordered this one. The others either sounded like they were coming out of a tin can or were very finicky. This is of good quality, portable, the charge last for quite a while, and it’s nice and simple. We’re very happy with this sound machine.
