Camera Isn't Wireless
Searched for the best monitor we could find. This has tons of great features and they all work great. We have a large home ( 3 stories/5000 sqft) and the wireless works throughout the home. The only down side it that the camera must be plugged into a wall outlet. The advertising kind of steps around this requirement that is why 4 stars instead of 5.

Best baby monitor after comparing multiple side by
I actually bought 3 monitors (similar price points and functionality) and compared them against each other in similar conditions, in the same house, one at a time (so as not to have any interference from multiple signals), and the Eufy was BY FAR the best!!!Let's start with the first - the packaging/presentation:- It was clear from the get go that they cared the most about their product just by the care and quality of packaging. It sounds silly, but these things make a difference.Build Quality/Design:- Superb. Doesn't feel like "cheap" plastic with wonky buttons. it almost feels like a mid-quality smartphone in my hand (which, compared to other monitors would mean a big step up). Antenna snaps into place to lock, kickstand is strong yet simple. Camera is sleek and modern. Even the light underneath the camera is a cool blue LED vs a BRIGHT light. Pretty much what you would expect from a company that makes Smart Home Products).Image quality:- All the other cameras are a 480p, which is fine. Nothing wrong with it... until you get it next to this one with the 720 HD display and camera. The HD picture is just so nice. and then put that with the fact that it's default view is a wider angle than both other cameras I put it up against. and then when you have the option of even adding a "wide view lens" - it was no comparison.Battery Life:- I plug it in next to the bed at night and have it running all night plugged in. in the morning i unplug it and use it to watch my baby during both of her naps during the day (about 2 naps of 2 hours each) and then again when I put her to bed and am still awake before I go to bed (roughly another 3-4 hours). The monitor lasts, with the display on and sound on, the entire time. and I dont plug it in again until night. So thats GREAT battery life.- UI: since all the others had actual tactile buttons for everything it was a little bi to get used to it, but as soon as i did, i liked the interface controls of this much more than the others. Sleek and easy to navigate.Only Con:- My wife liked that the other monitors had a visual light on them to indicate sound (so if you are showering and baby is sleeping you might not hear the baby, but you could see they were making more noise). But while that may be true - you can set an "alarm" tone for the monitor if there is loud noises from the baby, and that tone can be set loud enough that you DEFINITELY hear it over the shower or doing dishes etc... (good idea to not sleep with that tone on full blast - it will scare you awake). Some of you may have been swayed by the "Top Rated" Amazon baby monitor - well if you start to look over the reviews, you will see that they basically "paid" for those reviews by offering a free 2nd camera to anyone who left a 5* review in the past. Something Amazon has stopped by not allowing more reviews on that post (temporarily) - and something I wish i would have done more digging to uncover before I bought a baby monitor. Anyway, a few months later and a broken baby monitor that the seller didn't want to help with, I finally gave up and just had to buy another one. I left a 1*review for that monitor because a monitor that constantly cuts out even in the SAME ROOM is basically worthless.

I’ve tried the rest and this is certainly the best
The media could not be loaded.
I’ve tried the rest and the Amcrest UltraHD 4K (8MP) is certainly the best yet. The Amcrest IP8M-T2499EW provides the best Day/Night video quality/framerate, clarity, and night vision of any security camera I’ve ever owned. The IR used in this camera is superior and like everything Amcrest, it’s highly customizable. You can set the brightness of the IR, what is visible to the naked eye. I do wish it had a IR filter, but the IR adjustment options they give you should be more than enough. Even though some cameras have IR filters, I’m not really sure how they’d affect the Amcrest Night Vision IR. The IP8M-T2499EW comes with a 2.8mm Super-wide 112° angle lens with Wide Dynamic Range and IMX274 Sony Starvis image sensor, which is great for detail on a wider shot, but they also off a 4.0mm model which is more for close shots at distance, like license plates or faces. The 2.8mm works well for the FOV I need, but if you’re looking for better detail at range then I’d consider the 4.0mm model. I would prefer a wider angle (130°+) but the Amcrest 112° FOV is sufficient for my needs. The freedom that Amcrest gives you for storage, is certainly unmatched in the industry. I chose the FTP storage option via windows 10, that automatically backs up every motion event in the cloud. So I have all of my motion events, not only stored locally (ftp server) but via cloud.Amcrest Web UI portal has the most complete set of options of any security camera out there. The settings they give you to fine tune your camera/storage experience is really mind blowing and unmatched, you can control literally everything. One of my favorite features is the Event > motion detection area, when you can set fine tune sensitivity, motion event cooldowns, Thresholds (what triggers an event) and motion region’s where you can totally eliminate that pesky branch or shrub or flower. You can even setup region motion detection zones, each with different sensitivity, now how cool is that? Now you’ll likely be a little overwhelmed with all these settings at first, but the Amcrest website has a very extensive list of support links, FAQs, walkthroughs and forums to help guide you. The Amcrest view pro has live feed viewing, and motion events via SD card but events are not viewable via FTP. Amcrest view pro app is more simplified than WEB UI, and has most basic settings but not as extensive as the Web UI. The Amcrest cloud has live feed viewing and motion events all the basic settings your use to, but even less extensive than Web UI or Pro app, and is more even more simplified for a more user-friendly experience. Only issue with the Amcrest Cloud App, it overrides WEB UI video settings every time you log in. I’d love to see Amcrest build an android app that contains everything the WEB IU offers, with FTP storage and cloud access. Overall the Amcrest IP8M-T2499EW is unmatched in hardware, and so is the WEB UI. I’ve owned a lot of IP Cams, this is hands down the best yet. Highly recommend

Love the camera. It does just what we needed.
Nothing we dislike. It works perfect and let’s us know if anyone is in the area. Great product.

My little camera buff likes real things...
Got this for a four-year-old granddaughter for Christmas. When she first opened it, her first question was:" Is it real?" She was very excited, and has something to keep her busy for hours at a time.

Good camera for viewing things you want to see.
I purchased this for one main reason, to see what my cats are doing.I have wondered what they do, who’s doing it and when. I have 3 cats and have all sorts of things that happen . One cat beats up the other cat, one gets into my collection of things I have in bags and carries them all over, one gets on top of dressers and the refrigerator. I’m trying to catch which ones does what.I have placed this in all sorts of places, and I swear the cats are just a bit smarter than me, they do the things I’m not watching with this.I have been able to watch the kitties while at work and have been able to stop a few cat fights. The videos at night are fairly decent, I can see things up close and at a distance. I do have trouble trying to figure out which cat is in the picture ( they are very similar). The battery lasts a decent amount of time, and with me watching 3 crazy cats, this goes off very frequently. After one week the battery is down to about 60 %. I get over 35 notifications each day, so every other week I charge this.I like that I can move this around daily and works great. Picture quality is good and price is reasonable.

Great Beginning to Intermediate Telescope!
The Orion XT8 Classic is a great telescope at a wonderful price for new telescope users or those upgrading from a small, very inexpensive telescope to something more capable.Setup: The XT8 sets up easily and the instructions provided by Orion are not difficult to follow. Basically, you are assembling the Dobsonian base, which isn't hard to do. If you can bake a cake using a recipe from a book, this won't be hard. :-) The tools provided are all that are necessary to do so, but a power drill with a screwdriver and hex bit make quicker work of the assembly.Collimating: You most likely will need to collimate your scope, since the primary and secondary mirrors were likely pushed out of alignment during shipping. The instructions provided are all you need to do this along with the collimation cap. A laser collimator (optional equipment) is even better, but not needed for most folks. Take your time collimating by moving one screw on the primary or secondary mirror at a time and observing the results and you shouldn't have any problems. Moving more than one screw at a time can make your work harder, as it can become difficult to isolate which screw and mirror you need to adjust. Again, if you can follow written directions well, this shouldn't be hard. :-)Finding Things to See: If you have a decent knowledge of the sky, a no-frills reflector Dobsonian (like the XT8) is great for you. If you need a bit of help finding things to see, consider getting an electronic aid to find the objects you want to see. A lot of great applications for smart phones or tablet PCs allow you to do this by simply holding your phone/tablet to the sky and revealing the names of stars, objects, and constellations. I use Star Walk (among others) on my iPhone and iPad for this with great ease. If you want to find things very, very easily, then consider upgrading to an intelliscope or go-to scope, which does the work for you for a bit more money. The Dobsonian base can be a little tricky to maneuver to find what you want to see at first, but with a little practice you'll get the hang of it.Eyepieces: The XT8 comes with a 25 mm Plössl lens, which is a decent lens that gives you 48-power magnification with this scope. This okay, but you'll definitely want other eyepieces since there are better ones out there. Strongly consider getting 2-3 eyepieces (in the 10-32 mm range) and a 2-3 power Barlow lens, which would give you a set of power options for viewing. I'm using Tele Vue eyepieces and Barlows, which are a little higher quality than most of Orion's offerings, but if you're new to the hobby you'll likely have fun and not notice much difference with sub-$100 eyepieces and Barlows from most companies. :-)Overall: This is a great buy from Orion, giving you a scope that pulls down a lot of light at a modest price. I would definitely recommend this to those interested in getting into the hobby. :-)

Great Camera. Easy Setup. Does Everything as Adver
I'm using this camera at my off-grid camp. It was an easy setup. The instructions are pretty clear on how to get it online. I'm using a Mint Mobile 4 gig a month plan with and have had no problems in connection or running out of data. Overall, for the price, it does exactly what it should.
