So far it's been great . . .
Installed it a little over a week ago and so far it's been great.A couple of suggestions for improvement:1) there is a delay involved for when the camera begins recording. The initial thumbnail picture taken is at least a second or two before the camera begins recording2) In CloudEdge when I set up the "Alert Plan" under "Motion Detection", I believe what the device should have done is to only alert me during a day and time range selected in the "Alert Plan", instead, during the time that you have asked the device not to be alerted, the device simply stops recording even when there is motion. I believe the correct functionality should be to keep recording when a motion is detected but do not send alerts.I'll provide more feedback as I learn more about the device.

Great standard monitor, has lasted through 2 kids and even when it started breaking, their customer service is fantastic and they sent me a new monitor right away! Good range, can add a second camera (which we did), and easy to toggle back and forth. Would recommend to everyone!

I dont have a single bad thing to say about this camera. Its perfect. Durable! My baby has picked it up and thrown it quite a few times. I travel with it. And there's nothing like the peace of mind knowing no one can hack into it. I'd reccomend it to anyone

Excellent quality.
I can’t say enough good things about this camera. The quality is wonderful. However, if you’re only using it for zoom most of the high-quality image never comes through. You see more of it on other platforms. It has a lot of adjustments and I like that. Excellent quality.

Works every time!
This product was easy to install and does exactly as advertised. When within 6" a bright spot light comes on and lights up entire area. Looks a bit like a camera, has a small red light running a night and is a great deterrent.We use it to light the backyard and walkway from garage to house.

Great customer service
One month after my warranty was up my monitor wouldn’t pair to the camera. I tried all troubleshooting and nothing worked I was so upset. I reached out and customer service sent me a brand new system at no charge. Couldnt recommend them enough!

Great monitor
Love the clear display and that you can control the angle of the camera. Our old monitor (another brand) could only be angled manually, and it was such a pain when it got bumped and you didn't realize til baby was asleep.This display is also much higher quality and the zoom is better too!

User friendly for older people
This was a fun experience! It took about 30 minutes to read through the instructions, assemble protective frames, download the app on my phone for the camera and head out to play!!!! I’m surprised at how easy it was to get started!!! Just be sure to practice flying at a park or open field when starting out.

Proper lighted location was critical to best viewi
The camera did a pretty good job of monitoring the area required. Low light situations would require added highlighting. Overall a very good value for the price. Looking forward to installing an additional one or two units. We have used the visual and speaker capabilities as we were on vacation.
