DOA First Pair. Second pair works
Totally dead out of package. Plugged in to charge and around 25% the display went blank. Wouldn't charge again.Update: Exchanged for new pair. Works O. K. Battery life good, Sound is average, Comfortable. My only real complaint, it's aggravating getting them out of the case. Nothing to grab on to..

Great sound, flimsy design
I absolutely love these headphones and have bought 2 pairs of them in within the past 6 years. They are usually my go-to recommendation but unfortunately they won't be anymoreAfter just 2 years the second pair has broken, and has broken again with the exact same issue the first pair broke with, which is that the hinge holding in the left-side headphone has snapped, leaving the headphone loose and near-impossible to wear.The sound quality of these is great, and for the price sounds amazing, but the flimsy design is really annoying and I have hated it since my first pair. I couldn't care less about folding the headphones at all, and the design just makes it more prone to breakage which how much the earphones can twist around.I would recommend them still, but you'll have to take extreme care with them. (And yes, I was taking them off two-handed and slowly after the first pair broke on me yet these still went and broke with the same issue)

Sweet spot!
these headphones really hit the sweet spot for sound - good bass but not too much that it rattles your brain; good mid-range and treble but not too tinny. I did have an issue with the first pair where the plastic on one hinge broke. Customer Service was very responsive and replaced with new pair within days.

Effective Headphones, great customer service
I bought my first pair of these headphones in 2018 and they had great sound quality and battery life. Multiple sizes of earbuds are also included and that really helped since the default size is a bit too small for me (it would often slip out of my ear). The headphones started to have no sound after 1 1/2 years of constant use, so I bought a second pair. This one malfunctioned right off the bat, but I contacted customer service over email and they sent a replacement right away after the troubleshooting didn't seem to work. The replacement worked perfectly, just like my first pair. Still using them and will continue supporting this brand in the future!

Great value
I use these headphones every day. They are the first I've found - regardless of price - that don't break contact somewhere along the wires. Why did I buy another pair? The plastic covering the foam has begun to tear.

Reliable basic headphones, last about 6 months wit
My son likes these for school. They are basic, reliable headphones and it’s nice that they fold up when it’s time to put everything away. I’m not sure about the sound quality, but they are comfortable and work.This was a replacement pair, the first pair started having audio jack issues after 6-7 months of daily wear for remote school.

Great for my needs
I ordered one just to see how Bluetooth headphones work. I liked it so much I ordered a second one.The first pair I use for online meetings.The second pair plugs into my musical keyboard so I can practice quietly.

First pair of ear buds
I am very happy with these. The sound is great and the battery life is great too. I only use them about an hour and a half each day and been using them for almost two weeks and the charging box has only used one light out of four.
