Awesome customer support!! Sturdy and well built t
The product was sturdy and well built. Service and customer support were exceptional. The remote that came in the box would lose connection intermittently; hence I contacted support about this. They immediately shipped me a new remote. Would definitely recommend and consider this seller for future purchases!

Works exactly as advertised!
This mount is definitely as good as advertised! I'm using it in my 2009 Accord. It supports my Galaxy S20 inside of an Otter Box Defender case, which is bulky, and the suction/support is no issue at all. This product is phenomenal! Highly recommended!

I opened the box and set it up and had a little problem in the set up, but called Lorri in Tech Support and had excellent support and got it up and running... what a great picture... very clear and looking forward to see all it can do....

Super Klang. Leider nach 3 Monaten defekt - unkomp
Super Klang. Akku hält wirklich sehr lang. Die Box ist ein treuer Wegbegleiter geworden. Leider fing die Box nach 3 Monaten plötzlich an zu "schnarren", selbst bei minimaler Lautstärke. Habe sofort den technischen Support kontaktiert und kostenlos ein Austauschgerät zugeschickt bekommen.

Suggestions from an electrician/big user
As an electrician for 48 years, my entire home is done with TP-Link smart devices. Here is some feed back:1. Overtightening the bottom screw makes the device inoperable by somehow affecting the interior wiring.2. A neutral wire in the box is a must (not all white wires are neutral).3. Do not attempt to install the 3-way switches unless you know what travellers are. The TP-Link system replaces both 3-way switches. If you only have a neutral wire in only one box, use the Wemo product that replaces just one of the switches.4. When installing a smart switch in a multi-gang box, you will need to utilize the existing cover plate. In my case, I had to file down the small plastic support surrounding the screw holes on the inside of the plate in order to obtain a flush fit.5. If you install as many smart switches/plugs as I have, ensure that your wireless wifi router will support that number of devices.

Great Versatile Lock
The lock is fantastic with the many options to unlock, Bluetooth, Wifi, IC card, Key, and my favorite fingerprint. Now installation is a problem the lock out of the box and not reset to factory specs. You follow all instructions press the reset key under the lock knob with no effect. Would not pair with iPhone TTLOCK app. I contacted SMONET customer support and received a call back from within the hour explained my issue and they sent a procedure on YouTube. This procedure resolved the problem of pairing the lock to the TTLOCK app. The out of box instructions should tell press the inside reset lock instruction as the step to put the phone in pairing mode. The screw for the keypad should be longer it barely was long enough. Otherwise after the lock is installed you will love it.

GREAT Product!
This was my first experience with a Eufy product. As someone responsible for security, I was concerned about its' rejection rate and ease of hacking. What many consider it a con(lack of WiFi support) I consider that a Pro. While I’ll connect some IoT devices to my WiFi, a Home Lock is not one of them, so I am fine with the lack of WiFi support. I haven’t used the one with WiFi support, but if I did, it would need to be ridiculously configurable for me to consider it. With that said...Pros:-Insanely easy to install and configure.-Fingerprint sensor works very well. I have tried many attempts to get a fingerprint to allow access that shouldn’t, with zero success. I do have rejection issues in the rain due to a wet finger.-The device is very well built and compartmentalized.-Supports multiple access mechanisms if the fingerprints fails(8 digit code, physical key).I liked it so much I bought another for another door. Would be neat if there was a way to transfer the setting and codes/prints from one lock to another, but I don’t consider that a con. A minor annoyance.

Use a tool to make a hole to put the support peg i
I used these to mark the perimeter of my driveway. Out of the box they were charged, bright and looked great. I needed to use a screwdriver and hammer to make a hole in the ground for each light peg, as the grassy area around my driveway was hardpacked and the support pegs are plastic. Note that the lights are shipped with additional support pegs just in case one breaks.
