Excellent customer service
These work as well as any I've owned. Good sound quality, bluetooth works well. Battery life might be less than advertised.Addendum- After 10 months of regular use, an earpiece pivotv broke. Justin from Anker solved the problem with speed and courtesy. Very impressed. Still love the headphones a lot.

Not super comfortable
Sound quality is good enough for my purposes and I don't use for noise cancellation so that isn't an issue. The controls are easy to use. My main complaint is that after about 1/2 hour my ears start getting sore. I haven't figured out a way to loosen the headphones up.

I wanted something I could listen to while cleaning, this works well, and sound much better than anticipated. In fact, I believe when I have a need for other headphones I will first look to Koss as the seem to be a great mix of Value and sound quality.If you want good sound quality at a price where it doesn't matter if they break, these are for you.Although plenty loud enough most of the time, I do have trouble hearing them over my very loud vacuum when they are attached to my phone.

Good headphones nice design and sound
I like the quality, the design and the sound , although it would be a five star if they would be a bit louder, other than that I do recommend them to everyone.

WORKS VERY WELL
Sound quality very good for the price. Have listened to other headphones 2-3 times the price of this but with sound quality only slightly better. So for the money this is an excellent buy. Hookup and setup easy to follow. Pairing was quick and connection stayed strong, even from 50 feet away. Although head phone volume buttons did not smoothly raise or lower the volume, they worked quite well once I got used to repeatedly clicking the button(s) to lower or raise the volume.
