I purchased the security camera in my home as an addition to my current security system and I have to say I'm pleased with this product and I have a positive experience with it so far. I've been using / testing other cameras as well, like Kasa or Tapo, but this one is the better one so far. The pros that I can mention are the following:- Easy to get started: quick and easy installation (unless you want to use the screws provided) with the 3M adhesive tapes or the magnet built inside- Great integration with Alexa, as you can use the camera for triggers, see the live stream within Alexa (vs. the Kasa or Tapo products which cannot be used in Alexa). Also great features in the native app as well in terms of automation or scenes and settings.- The camera is very quick, if you want to see the live stream, it takes no time (compared to Kasa or Tapo products, where you have to wait quite a few seconds while it loads).- Clear and high resolution video image- The support team is really good, very responsive and very helpful. They work with the dev team to solve any issue you may have (I had connectivity issues, but got firmware update from the team to fix it).Some cons:- The power cable could be longer as it limits the options where you can place it- It could be a killing camera if you could rotate it from the app (currently static)- It is somewhat integrated with Google Home app, but a better integration with it would be greatUltimately it's a great little product, much better than other similar cameras, like Kasa or Tapo.

This is an excellent 4k UHD action camera. I've experienced no major problems with it. Does great underwater which is where this camera seems to excel. If you want it for still photography then this really isn't going to work for you, especially if you want to shoot any thing close up because it was made for movement, After speaking with the seller this camera uses a prime lense instead of a focus lense. I have not done any research into that so I am just going on what I was told.The micro HDMI and Micro USB are both nice features but I haven't been able to transfer files with it which is a little bothersome. It does charge the battery and it comes with two batteries which is great because the battery life is not very great. Not sure why it only accepts a maximum of 64GB SD-Card because that's not a lot when recording 4k UHD video. I found it works great in driving mode as a dash cam. It does have a lot of interesting features like the adjustable view angles and finally the best feature is the touch screen. I just wish I knew a way to make it a little brighter. I am still waiting to hear back from them on that.It really comes with a lot of great accessories including the double battery charger and the many different mount types. As I was saying before this is a good product that could use a little improvement but it excels in a lot of areas also. It's also extremely light when not in the case. The tripod in the photo's doesn't come with the camera it was just attached when I photographed it. As I said before this wasn't the camera for close up still shots but does great while driving and underwater.This would be great for beginners and people that are just interested in taking quick videos but not for much more then that. For the price though it's a great little back up device and because it's so light and small it's east to take with you.An update to this review might be pending depending on what I hear from the seller.

This is a nice little camera for the price! First off, it feels nicely made and doesn't feel cheap. I love the small size which allows for some very creative shots and also helps make it very portable. This is something that you can quickly pull out of the your pocket and start filming with little to no hassle. This camera comes with some mounting accessories which makes it even easier to use. One of the accessories is a waterproof housing which I used and can report that no water got inside.The image quality on this is pretty good for the price and the size of the camera. The photos really shine and are crisp and clear. The 4K video is pretty good and very usable. The image stabilization is OK on this but I think there is room for improvement. The EIS should be able to be improved with firmware updates so I hope they do this. Don't get me wrong, it's not terrible and it works, I just think it can be a little better. I am not expecting GoPro or Osmo Action stabilization, but I have seen better on some of SJCam's other cameras.The battery life is pretty good on this and doesn't take that long to charge either. It can be used while charging if need be and can be charged from a power bank, too.This camera can connect to the SJCam app which makes downloading your photos and videos to your smartphone or tablet very easy and quick. The app is also set up nicely and you can easily switch between settings (you will need the app to change most settings). Because this process is so easy, you can share your photos and videos on all social media platforms quickly.All things considered, I really like this little camera for the price and it has a lot of nice features packed into it. Because of it's small statue, I was able to get very creative with the types of shots I can shoot. Despite the EIS not being what I hoped (as of the posting of this review), I still love it and can fully recommend it!

This is a decent action camera for the price! First off, it feels nicely made and doesn't feel cheap. It comes with a good bit of mounting accessories which makes it even easier to use including an underwater housing. I used this housing and found that no water got inside. It does have a decent screen on the back however it is not a touch screen - you will have to use the navigational buttons to get through the menus. Once I figured out each button, it was easy to use.The image quality on this is pretty good for the price of the camera. The photos really shine and are crisp and clear. The 4K video is pretty good and very usable. I am not convinced it is true 4K, but the quality is not too bad.The image stabilization is why I gave this 4 stars instead of 5. I turned on the stabilization and it just didn't seem to do much. Maybe it was user error, however, I double and triple checked this setting. This is something that can be updated and fixed through firmware updates, so I hope they do this. If they do, I will update this review accordingly.The battery life is pretty good on this and doesn't take that long to charge either. REVIEW AS A WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER- this camera is fantastic I’m in love. I’ve owned the Nikon D750 and Canon 5D MK iii. I use my cameras for wedding, couple, family, newborn and birth photography. Lots of movement kind of work. Once you get you settings right, huge with this camera, and get used to the differences (focusing and touch screen)- this camera is incredible. It’s 1000 times better than those other cameras listed. I was deciding between this and the MK iV and I am so glad I got this. Seriously incredible and so underrated. Now, I hear you, no dual card slot. And sure, it’s a bit of a bummer. But it doesn’t matter that much to be. I back up quickly after weddings and will be potentially using a portable hard drive through out the wedding day. I will back up the jpegs through the app as well, even though it’s not RAW, it’s not nothing either.Things I love:-size- sharpness- quality- low light seems great but still testing it more- size- touch screenAlso noteworthy- I disabled the Touch Bar and haven’t even tried it. So no help there.- people said the battery sucked but tbh I noticed it loses a little more but not earth shattering like online reviews said.Conclusion- I would have been sad going with the MK iV and I am way happy with my choice. Also, you really have to get the settings right with the shutter and autofocus to get this camera, but once you do it’s amazing.

It's clear that this product was originally born as an automotive backup camera. Then it was slightly modified to work as a rear seat baby monitor. I don't mean it as a criticism, because the bottom line is that it works really well as a baby monitor! (And I can think of many other possible uses, like for observation of animals, security camera, etc.) A very useful product at a good price point. 5 stars.Likes:- Extra long cord (over 20 ft long) between the camera and LCD screen (Flexible routing of the cord for easy installation.)- Bright and clear LCD screen (53mm x 94mm screen size; the screen resolution is perfectly fine as a baby monitor.)- The illumination light (7 LEDs) for "night vision" are 940nm IR LEDs. (Unlike the 850nm IR LEDs, the light is totally invisible to human eyes/not blinding to the baby.)- The power plug (for a cigarette lighter socket) has a built-in, lighted on/off switch (Convenient on/off by the driver)- Versatile: it has many other possible applications besides a baby monitor. (The default "mirror image" can be easily changed to the normal L-R image orientation. So it could be used for security, animal observation, etc)

 I have brought the doom camera to put in my sunroom to keep a eye on back yard, it turned in the pattern I set. I like them so much I ordered the four pack and put it in the sunroom, 2nd. Floor bed room and one in my garage. The fourth not install yet. I can get alerts when my garage door is open and I check it to see if doors are open before I go to bed. The 2nd floor looking out to the front of my house to see who pulls into my driveway, with the IR lights on it reflects back into camera so I turn it off. The sunroom camera keeps a view on my back doors, I also turned off the IR lights. Very easy to setup and use and very inexpensive and I’m able to check the outside the house , I just Velcro cameras to windows sills to keep them in place. As you can see from pictures and videos great quality for the price and easy to install, app is very nice and easy to use. You can set up a zone for alerts and level of alerts, I do get to many on low , headlights shine on driveway triggers alerts. But I rather have them then not and my wife likes that she can check the outside of house when she hears a sound while watching television. And see the UPS, FedEx, mailman dropping off packages. I also brought the outdoor weather proof camera to mount near my front door.

This baby monitor is AMAZING! I started using it with my newborn for about a week now and it puts me at so much ease and it’s super helpful!The video quality is amazing during the day and at night With the night vision. It’s also so cool that you can zoom in on the video to get a close up view. I caught myself just laying in bed next to him while watching him on the monitor because it’s that cool!Another plus about it is it has music/sound and you can talk through the camera! How it can do all that in such a little camera blows my mind! I like using the “womb” sound when my baby is sleeping because it seems to soothe him really well. You can make the sound higher and lower and you can set it on a timer for however long you want! The sound quality is also very good when you speak into it.I am so pleased with this camera and I’m really glad I have it to use! It’s also convenient having an app to use to watch the baby because you can take it pretty much anywhere. I highly recommend it!
