Good overall product at an excellent price.
This monocular is compact which is easily stored in my backpack. Its optics are great for the price—excellent value. I have not hooked it up to my IPhone to take pictures. Only thing I wish it had would be a longer strap for me to wear around my neck or a strap to fasten it on to the outside of my pack for easier access.

Good quality for the price
I use with my iPhone 12, to listen to audio books when walking my dogs. Stays on my ear nicely. Sound is fine.Only complaint is I have to go into setting and connect to get it to play each time I use it, even if it says “connected” it does not start until I disconnect and re-connect. Battery life is good.

Constantly drop connection - Fixed
This is for the KVIDIO over the ear headphones. I use it to connect to my Surface. It constantly drops connection. I have to keep turning it off then back on. Plus there's occasional popping interference as well.Additional - I still believe in in great customer service. No one is perfect, which means no product/service/company is perfect. But when someone PROFESSIONALLY corrects an issue, I appreciate it. This was originally 1 star, and the product may not be perfect, but I would definitely purchase again for our schools use due to its value.

Found it really easy to connect to my Samsung tv. Sound quality pretty good for a cheaper speaker.
