After using it several times/week for about four months, this product has all but removed technical issues with audio/video) during video calls to/from US-China (the rest is mostly subject to bandwidth consistency issues in China). Now that the mic is digital, there is no more hardware interference. In addition, the noise-cancelling cuts out most of the ambient disturbance affording very good sound for the receiving side. HD video can only be leveraged if the conference program supports it. Using Microsoft Lync for our team calls, the video part has clearly been elevated to a more realistic viewing experience. No more big faces filling out the video screen, the camera can be zoomed out with the remote so it transmits a natural looking scene.Although cost is a little high, it has been a great investment thus far. I wish the price range would be $120-150/pre unit. If the maker had sets of 3 or 5 units (for teams) at appropriate discounts, that'd be even better.

Great price on a scope that works good. I have not hooked it up to phone yet. It is nice and clear view of whatever you are looking at

This is my first Bose product. I am very impressed.I had been using a mobile speaker that I paired via bluetooth because the TV I'm using has awful sound. The mobile speaker was an improvement but not a perfect solution. It sometimes turns itself off, and it also has a very annoying shrill beeping when it's turned on and off. Unpleasant.My setup is a little bit different from most, so I wasn't sure this would work for me. We stream all the TV shows now, so when we watch TV it's in the office with a very large screen TV set and my PC. So I'm not using cable, satellite, etc.It was easy to hook up the Bose sound bar to the TV. At first I wasn't getting any sound, but then I realized I needed to bluetooth connect the sound bar to the PC. It worked great after that.The sound bar is small and minimalist. It takes up very little desk space. Elegant design too. Even the remote is cool and futuristic.The sound exceeded my expectations. We steam a lot of British TV shows, and the dialogue is now coming through crisp and clean.This will not be my last Bose product. I am very, very impressed.Love this product. It's really enhanced our viewing experience.

Easy to set-up and You-tube videos helpful for learning how to use. My nine year old daughter and I used it for a meteor shower two weeks ago and it was good viewing!
