Above and beyond customer service
We originally bought the monitor and camera with our first kid and then added a second camera when we had a new baby. The system was always reliable and worked really well for us to scan through both kids on the same monitor. 3 years after we bought the system the battery started failing and the plug was finicky to keep plugged in. I was convinced there was nothing we could do but buy a new one, but my husband reached out to customer service. They couldn't have been more helpful and got us all set up with a new monitor at minimal time / trouble / expense. I am so glad we chose this system all those years ago - great buy and wonderful people!

Affordable, but not the sharpest image at night.
It’s a good solution for those who can’t afford more expensive options:Image during the day is ok. Wish it had a wider pan view, or offered an option to move the camera around, but it suits my needs.Connection was super super fast once I figured out (actually, customer service told me!) that I had to go into my settings for the Blink module and allow Blink in my network settings.Instead of the usual Mount I bought a separate mount made for siding which allowed me to put up in less than 3 minutes.Like everyone else I wish Amazon’s Blink app permitted users to see all our camera feeds simultaneously, which we can’t.

MUST BUY! Anxiety NO more!
I recently decided to sleep train my daughter and Had so much anxiety with her being in a different room. I researched for over a week and finally decided to give the DXR-8 a try. I went with this monitor because I knew I didn’t want a camera that ran mostly on WIFI ( as to I heard horror stories of hacking). Well needless to say I am so happy so far and highly recommend this monitor. It came with everything to mount it to the wall ( we hung it above my daughters crib). The quality of the camera is perfect with zoom in features and the extra amazing bonus of the temperature always at the top right corner. I honestly highly recommend this monitor as I’ve stated above. 10/10 and worth every dollar.

So, while I immediately liked the camera - it seemed to work well and deliver good picture and frame rate - I was disappointed to see the field of view was kind of extreme. I wanted more focus on my face and less on my background, and boy was it showing everything behind me.I did a little digging and there's a Logitech app, Logitech Capture, that works with their cameras and allows you to adjust pretty much everything. A little fiddling and, boom, my face is perfectly in frame, in focus, and the lighting and color are adjusted correctly. It's very easy to use and worked well, and the camera's changed settings are retained when it's used in other apps.Just make sure you use the right software and you're golden.

Very nice system!!!
Loving this camera system! It’s a little behind real time but I expected that, and I’ve never had a camera system before so I assume it’s normal? Anyways, I really love that you can “arm” or “disarm” it! One night our dogs went missing before bedtime and couldn’t be found so we armed our system so it would notify us when they got back. It went off and woke me up. Terrified me at first but then I saw it was our dogs HAHA! Very convenient and love the fact we don’t have to look out the windows when I’m home alone. I can look who’s here from my phone!

Amazing Product
This camera is top notch. The packaging and presentation was great and the product is high end. The live breathing is pretty amazing and doesn't lag at all. I've noticed it can even read the breathing rate through a blanket!! I love that nothing needs to be connected to the baby. I love the fact that you can check the camera from anywhere you have a phone signal. I really like the sleep sounds too. It drowns out random street noises. This monitor does it all! You will sleep so much better knowing your little ones is sleeping sound with breathing, motion, sound logged sleep patterns, temperature/humidity ect! Miku is definitely the future and I would recommend to anyone looking for the best in baby monitors!

It's a good one.
I really like the Miku. I’m glad we upgraded our monitor for our second child.My first child's monitor was really basic compared to this, so there was some sticker shock, but we wanted a top model and we got totally sold on the breathing feature. No more guessing about that. We put the app on an iPod for everyday, because watching the camera feed milked the battery life out of our phones (like streaming video). But the iPhone and iPod work exactly the same. Functions well all over the house. Camera quality is nice but it goes into night vision when its gets dim very quickly. Either way the breathing wave tells you exactly what you want to know.

Excellent Quality for a Fair Price

I set this camera up in the back of my home to capture wild life videos. I am impressed by the photo and video quality. The night vision is a little dark, and it important to only use night vision or full color mode. Intelligent mode causes the video to go black intermittently. I especially appreciate the customer service. If you have an issue, they get back to you promptly to solve any issues you may have. The zoom function is smooth and it covers a lot of area. I have shared at 1x zoom photo and a 5x zoom so you can see how far it will zoom. I put a 128 mini SD card in which was very easy to install. This camera is great!
