I bought 2 because I thought it was easy to hold for me. I was not impressed with the makeup of this device. It’s not friendly with accuracy of night vision.

This is a quality product...not what I expected
I dont usually write reviews on the same day, within hours, of receiving a product...but this thing is built different. All of the materials are high quality. It has a weight to it that reinforces this sentimentThey are bright on the highest mode and seem as good as any on the lower settings. I really love the USB charge feature....this will allow me to get full use of these things on rainy days and in winter months. I love to keep these things handy for emergency storm lighting....something that proved useful after hurricane LauraThe usb charge input weather cover is ...well...its what you would expect a Mil-Spec item to feature.I dont know how they will fare in our heavy rains but ill find this out Monday.I will update upon owning these a full season.

I love the different light settings!
This is a really nice lamp. I really dislike using blue, cool-toned lights since I am at my computer all day. This lamp has settings that vary from cool to warm based on preferences and need. I have it set on "relax" and it's pretty easy on my eyes.My only issue is that it isn't SUPER bright. If you're just using it to see your paper or laptop while working, it's great. But I use it for drafting and sketching classes so I would need two to cover all of my desk with enough light.

Surprisingly better than I expected
I bought this to view the nightime critters in the backyard. Honestly, wasn't expecting much in this price range but people seemed to like it. I can add that I was impressed as well with what I could see. It's actually pretty incredible what you can see, all things considered. Would I use this for hunting?- No. Would I use it at a campsite to determine what the rustling around was beyond the light?- Absolutely.The main issue with this is the battery life. Just ensure before you take it out you have some brand new batteries or some extras handy. Overall though it's a neat item that is handy to have when I need it.
