This is a fun light. We're really enjoying the Hue
This is a fun light. We're really enjoying the Hue system, and this was a great addition. We don't really use it's cordless functionality much, but it does make a nice mood light and works great for when my husband wants just a little more light at his desk.

im obsessed with my hue go's. especially the candle setting. HERE'S A GREAT TIP IF YOU ARE USING HUE WITH AMAZON ECHO (ALEXA): put the candle setting on by tapping the back of the hue go, and then tell alexa to raise the light to 100%. now you have a bright and flickering candle instead of a dim one. if you try to raise the brightness in the hue app, it will just raise the brightness and keep it solid color :-)

The Hue Go lamp looks like a magic bowl of light
The Hue Go lamp looks like a magic bowl of light. This is one of the few tech products that I had to have as soon I saw it. It's mesmerizing. All that being said, I wish it had a brighter setting and that the battery charge lasted longer. Mostly, I keep it plugged in and use it as a small lamp, because it can't fully illuminate a room and doesn't stay lit for long without the plug. I still think this is an awesome gadget, and I'm glad I have one. Hopefully they will continue to develop this product line with bigger, brighter versions.
