Horrible build quality especially for the price tag
I got this back in March and went to use it for the 2nd time this past Saturday May 30th, 2020 and it was broken. It is made I believe in 2pcs and the front got loose and spends with no friction. It's amazing how it happens 1 day after me being able to return it for a replacement.

Works great...most of the time
Camera has been working fine for several months but recently, with no change to the Wi-Fi or routers, it now either shuts off or disconnects. Battery power is 90%, but it still disconnects. It's lees than 20' from router, clear sight, no obstructions in the way. I have to take the camera off the mount and restart it to get it to work again, but then it only works for a day or so. I have another one and it works fine and has been working fine for quite some time. No issues with that one - and his farther away from the router. I have contacted support and have yet to hear back. Supposedly their support is very good and I'm either hoping for a fix to this problem, or preferably a replacement under warranty. I will keep details posted

Preemie momma peace of mind
I am a stress case and so having a preemie baby didn't help when bringing him homeIt was hard to sleep at night wondering how he is doing but this give me peace of mindEspecially after having all the things to check when at the hospital for so long to monitor himDoes it go off sometimes for no reason or whatever ... yes but I can check my app and back to sleepTo me a few times going off over caution is better than notThe camera has great clarity and seems to work awesomeI will use more as baby gets bigger and transitions into his own room but it's perfectOwlet sock right now while room sharing and them camera for when I transition out to sleep training or whateverPerfect package

Great product and excellent customer service.
The product works as advertised and is a very solid product for the money. It takes good pictures and what is nice is that it alerts your mobile device when it detects movement within range of the camera. You can see from the photo we had some visitors who were checking out my truck. Fortunately we were alerted by the camera and avoided a break in. The device is very simple to set up and operate. After about 15 months of use we did have a problem; the unit quit taking a charge. I emailed Zumimall Support and they promptly responded and replaced the unit - no questions asked. Very impressive customer service. Overall based on what I’ve seen on the market you can’t beat this product for price and performance.

A must need for anyone with a newborn or children
This camera has been a game changer for us. We have 4 kids all teenagers except for our youngest who is a now a year and a half. We have had this camera system since day 1 and it has made it so much easier than the other 3 kids at this age and time line. Putting her in her bed was easy because we had sound and video 24/7, we also use it while she plays throughout her room so we can monitor her from anywhere in the house. It’s honestly a must have and at this price worth every penny. I’m looking into a extra one to keep in our camper for camping… Again so many uses and versatile, def recommend it’s not a gimmick or piece of junk.

Great Product and Incredible Support at a Great Pr
While this is an excellent security camera, it also has an incredible breadth of features. It can be a bit daunting for the less technically sophisticated, but just the default features will be more than enough for the vast majority of users. As with many sophisticated technologies, the user may need support from time-to-time and this is where Amcrest shines - in addition to the camera quality. I don't use my 2 cameras all the time, so sometimes I may forget how to access something. Whenever I call support I get SUPPORT - very knowledgeable and friendly people who will not rush you and will answer every question you have to whatever depth you want. They want to make sure you have a wonderful experience with their product. And to top it off the price is excellent.

Great light for laptops!
This is a must have item for anyone taking video calls on their laptop. I'm on my laptop 8 hours a day on Zoom and Microsoft Teams call and depending on the time of day, sometimes there's just has bad lighting in the room where I take my calls.With this light, the lighting is perfect just about every time. Its really brightens up me and my background on camera, I often receive compliments of how great I look on camera.You can control how bright the light is, and how "warm" it is (it will illuminate in either white light or a warm "natural" light). You can either put it on an included desktop stand or a clip that you can attach to the frame of your laptop screen. It's easy to assemble and attach to your computer. I love it!

Works great with the Infant Optics DXR-8 baby moni
Just received this mount a few days ago, so can’t speak to its longevity, but so far, it works great for our purpose, which is to elevate our Infant Optics DXR-8 camera above the baby bassinet next to our bed. Super easy to install on our window ledge. The clamp on the camera unit itself seems stable enough, although not super strong (if you ran into it, it would probably come loose). But doesn’t seem like it will fall out on its own. The arm itself is super stiff, so doesn’t seem like that is going to loosen anytime soon, which is good. A great alternative if you don’t want to mount your baby monitor to a wall or something more permanent! Happy with it.

Neewer NW-561 - Great value
Review for Neewer NW-561 Speedlite flashSo far seems fine. Might have wished to go for the 565 model that has TTL as well as the features this one has.I didn't know enough about flashes before I bought it on Black Friday deals.It seems to work fine but is entirely manual - i.e. it goes off when the shutter is pressed as it has a central contact on the hotshoe but it doesn't have the extra electrical contacts to make it work more intelligently with my Canon 7D.It also has a mode where it can be used off camera and trigger from the camera flash going off.Not used much as packed up to give myself for Christmas!Seems very good value against main brand flashes.
