FANTASTIC BINOCULARS & GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I’ve had different binoculars over the years but was never really satisfied with the way they performed. These Adasion 12 x 42 HD binoculars are exactly what I’ve been searching for! They’re a comfortable weight, easily focused and perfect for our backyard bird watching and beyond.We all know how important Customer Service can be and Adasion has perfected it. I reached out with a basic question and Grace responded right away. She not only answered my question, she also registered me for the Lifetime Warranty without me having to request it!And, the real bonus - they’re VERY reasonably priced!! I highly recommend these binoculars!

Love Eufy products
It works well for the most part. There's the occasional error in human detection (spots my rocking chair or porch post) and sometimes misses things altogether, but it does WAY better than Wyze and I'm convinced all cameras have those issues. There are occasional issues with the keypad not registering touches and the app is very slow to bring up the door unlock feature in the app. This sounds like a negative review but I really do like it and wholeheartedly recommend all Eufy products!

Excellent support provided
I bought this system earlier this year. It is a very good value for the price. The picture quality is crystal clear. I am able to view the cameras and the recordings both on our big screen TV, our smart phones, and all of our computers also. When I had a problem this week using the system with a MacBook, I wrote to the support email not expecting much. Surprisingly they responded quickly thoroughly and kept the lines of communication open until my problem was solved. Highly recommended.

Awesome! Would 10/10 buy again
For the price these cameras rock! You will need to buy some micro USBs which are fairly cheap. The audio works well, the voice doesn't sound exactly the same but you can hear from the camera and from your phone very well. Surprisingly the night vision works amazing too! I would give these five stars all day! Super easy set up. Also recommend getting extension cords and the outdoor cover/mount!

Customer Service Unmatched
This is the clear choice for monitor if customer service is important to you. No question.I also think it's the best monitor if you're wanting to not be beholden to WiFi connection. Of course you won't get HD resolution, but it is very clear considering not internet dependant.My setup is one monitor and 2 cameras (one for each kiddos bedroom).I've had this for almost 3 years. I have had 2 issues: 1. the night vision stopped working on one camera 2. recently the monitor image would freeze and the only fix was to remove battery.Both of these malfunctions happened outside of the warranty and both times customer service granted replacement. I simply wrote to ask if they could help me troubleshoot a possible solution. When it was clear there was no solution, Infant Optics replaced one of my cameras and the monitor unit on separate occasions.I had a different brand monitor when we only had 1 child. We had issues with that monitor too, but nothing close to the customer care we received with Infant Optics.

Great system
We were able to get this to work all over the home and even into the backyard a good way. The range and connectivity were great. I did have some drops, but I think it was due to being too far away. I didn't have any loud noises or buzzing in my cameras or monitor. I think if you don't consider the channel and spectrum being used for transmission and you have a saturated 2.4Ghz spectrum in your home, interference is a real probability. I have a diversified spectrum allocation from 900Mhz-5Ghz. I also made sure nothing else was transmitting on the same channel as the baby monitor. A lot of people will not consider this and assume it's a faulty unit and not their noisy home. I mounted my cameras using a 3M double sided bonding tape to a flat surfaced wall and it worked out well. I haven't had issues with any of the pan or tilt motions. Tilting is digital so it's limited to the perspective of the actual sensor.

Handy Product
I bought this JOBY Gorillapod to replace the original JOBY that I thought I lost. Then the day it arrived, I found my original JOBY. So I returned the newly purchased one because it was bigger and heavier than my original JOBY. Still, this and any JOBY Gorillapod is a great product; handy, convenient, flexible and sturdy enough to support heavier cameras securely. I just prefer the smaller and lighter Gorillapod to use with my smaller, lighter pocket camera.

Blink Outside
I have installed two Blink outside cameras. One is attached to the blink flood lights. There is absolutely no instructions. Thank goodness for YouTube tutorials. I’d have returned the system had it not been for YouTube. The Wifi Connection works well. The picture from the cameras is good and clear. The audio works too, both incoming and outgoing. The brackets are difficult, but they get the job done. The problem with the system is the delay. I will get a Blink motion alert but by the time I get the app open the person or critter is gone, outside of where they were originally spotted. Watching live also has a delay, which makes the voice communication awkward. We have 5g service in our house. So the system is not in real time, it’s off by 4 seconds or so, just long enough to miss things. And it will only record motion if the system is in the armed mode. I’ve only had it up and running for 3 weeks. I’ll see how we like it after using it longer. I’d give it a C so far.

Not impressed so far
Bought 3....1st one worked about 3 days, then locks up on test mode...won't allow replay of picture. tried 3 new sets of batteries...no go. We'll see how the other two do, but based in this one, piece of junk.Edit: Raised to 2 stars. Other two so far are functioning as they should, so apparently you have a 1 in 3 chance of getting a dud based on my experience.2nd Edit: Raised to 4 stars. Company was VERY responsive to this review, and bent over backwards to often replacement, refund, etc. So I give them 5 stars for customer service. The 2 cameras are functioning normal, so likely the first one was simply a dud you get from time to time.Edit July/2021: Since February, the 2 cameras I kept have worked flawlessly, so I'll have to say the one that died initially was likely a fluke. Based on how well these work and my experience with them so far, this is something I would buy again if needed.
