Exceptional quality, excellent customer communications
These binoculars are comfortable and solid, very high quality construction and superior optics. Easy to adjust and focus, and settings remain stable (focus dial turns easily but stays where I put it). Excellent field of view and sharp focus with glasses or contacts. Support staff extremely helpful and responsive.

Great customer service
We had our monitor for a year and it stopped working due to frequent use of scanning between two cameras. I was not happy that scanning causes the monitor to crash because that is why we purchased it. I would recommend the company look into a split screen mode.With our monitor not working I reached out and a replacement was sent right away. I have had great and fast communication through the whole thing. I really appreciated the help and quick solutions.

Great for keeping an eye on the garage.
I have several different cameras from this company and I don’t have any complaints about any of them, except that they don’t work with HomeKit! But I knew that, and it is what it is. They do a fantastic job and have a very clear photo and even good sound which I wasn’t expecting. I have this one set up in my garage to keep an eye on things since times are so rough these days, and it brings me peace of mind.

Love the camera quality ptz cameraIsAwesome we love it to monitor our dogs inside while we’re away and the bullet cameras are decent customer service is 8 hrs ahead of the United States once you get ahold of them pretty nice people to work with system has its issues but as long as customer service helps fix the bugs I think it will be a good system the first app is having issues got a different app right now

Great security solution that doesn't break the ban
I wanted a POE security system that was not super expensive, but would still give me everything that I wanted and this system came through. I love being able to check on our business after hours when no one is there via the XMEye Pro app (don't use the XMEye app, use the Pro version). I also love the ability to talk and listen through the cameras. I am very glad that I bought this camera security system.

Great system a a great price!
Great system! POE is the way to go and this system delivers. Came with everything you need to get started and was rather easy to install, pretty much plug and play. Our system is connected to a 65" 4k tv and the quality of the cameras is great, crystal clear. Instructions regarding system settings and tweaks aren't provided but most settings are self explanatory. Instead of the included wired mouse we used a usb wireless mouse and I works well. Definitely would recommend.

Excellent product and tech support service
I had a problem configuring the alarm for my cameras. Next, I called tech support and spoke with Kiki and she answered all the questions regarding the Hiseeu NVR I bought. Finally, she sent me the most updated video manual they had. Overall, my experience with Kiki and the rest of Hiseeu technical support has been very exceptional. I recommend their product, two thumbs up to you guys, keep up the good work. :-)latinman37

Pretty decent quality for the price
It's a good camera for the price. I bought it for streaming. It is 1080p which is already a step up from other cameras. It is only 2 mega pixel though so the details can be super fuzzy when viewed full screen. The light and its 3 modes works super well though, definitely helps fill in your face in a dark room. The privacy covers it comes with are super cheap / breakable but they do their job if applied correctly. Overall a decent purchase for the price.

Works well enough
It works really well if you're just trying y'er foot at being some sort of influencer or beginner enthusiast. Alas, if you're under any of those categories....DO NOT trust this thing with your camera, especially for outdoor use. I do a lot of work inside as I really capture and edit interview footage. I don't have to say anything to professionals or people with expensive cameras as they wouldn't be here in the first place.
