I have used this monitor for my twins for almost 3 years now. I use 3 cameras with it and it's so easy to switch back and forth. While night vision isn't great on any camera, this one is fairly clear and easy to tell what my kids are doing in their cribs. I've needed to replace the monitor twice now and customer service has been excellent and sent me a new monitor each time. I've recommended Infant Optics 8 to all my friends!

***Update***. I’ve had this for 2 years now and it’s an amazing system. The pictures are awesome. Amazing quality and so easy to install. We have a corner property with NO fences so we needed to set up more cameras and found out that we needed to not have wireless. We were able to return and they suggested we get this wired one. SO much better and easier to run. I do wish they had a better manual but it’s a great system and looking forward to adding more.

UPDATED REVIEW: The folks at Blink reached out to me and sent me two replacement camera's. I have followed their trouble shooting guide and reset everything. I believe this will have taken care of my issue with the batteries failing. I will keep you posted!!! From a business standpoint the folks at Blink are TOP NOTCH and stand behind their product. Customer service is the key to any situation and i have moved them up to 5 stars due to this.Trust me i wanted these to work, they are a big disappointment. I have 5 out door and one wired indoor camera. I purchased in December 2020 when it was cold out. The cameras work great clear and no issues except that the batteries dont last but 2 months. I figured it was due to the extremely cold winter so i replaced them all in February. Right after i changed them i kept getting the low battery light back on the same cameras. Well since they are up high i have to get the ladder again to get to them so i just let them sit.Had a great weekend last weekend so i got the ladder out and pulled all cameras down. Pulled the batteries out and let them sit for 2 minutes without any power hoping that would reset the internal battery meter. After 2 minutes re-installed new fresh batteries and climbed up the ladder and re-inatalled.Here we are writing a review on how 4 days later i have the exact same issue. Batteries say low battery or offline now. What a pain in the rear. I would love to get a refund but i think it is beyond the 30 day mark.I would not reccomend this product.

 Everything about this is amazing starting with the value. The price is incredible for all that it offers. CNA concert multiple cameras. Works with my Amazon Alexa Echo Show. I Can hear sound and speak into it (perfect when talking to my dog and I’m not home). Super clear vision even at night. Motion sensor works perfectly. Had an alarm. And a subscription offered. The 360 degree rotation is awesome. It’s nice and compact. And I love how it can just screw into a light socket!

I used this monitor multiple times daily while it was connected to 2 cameras in 2 different rooms. It worked great up until the 2.5 year mark and then it wouldn't turn on, wouldn't charge, wouldn't do anything. We tried new battery replacements, and it still didn't work.After reaching out to customer service, they agreed to send me a brand new one, free of charge, even though I was out of the warranty period. Great monitor and awesome customer service.

I'm using the camera to chat with my sister and her young kids - really cool way to keep the family in touch, highly recommended. The video quality is really impressive (this model allows for "HQ" resolution with Skype which is noticeably better than other cameras). If you're thinking about one of the $40-50 versions, reconsider and pay a few extra bucks for the 9000.The software that Logitech has you install is a little kludgey and doesn't play all that well with Skype now and then. Not sure where to point the finger...

We own two of these (Baby #2 on the way). First purchased 2018, new one 2021. Recently, although the 2018 parent viewer monitor was still working, it couldn’t be put into the mode where the screen could be darkened but the audio could still be heard. We contacted customer service, which responded promptly and offered to send us a new replacement unit, even though our product was out of warranty. The replacement works great. We will continue using these cameras for both our children for many years to come!

We’ve had our infant optics monitor with two cameras for both kids for about 2 years now. It’s been a great monitor with good quality camera. Recently we did have an issue with the monitor and I reached out to infant optics for help. They were EXTREMELY helpful and immediately sent a new replacement to fix the issue. Customer service goes a long way in my book and Jen specifically was so helpful! I’m very grateful for their help and for a great monitor for my kids!
