Great Customer Service
We’ve had our units for just over 2 years, got it after we had our 3rd child. We have 3 cameras and 1 parent unit and had never had issues. Our parent unit died and we contacted customer service to see if they could help with a replacement. Even though we were outside of our 1 year warranty, they very easily replaced our parent unit no questions asked. We are expecting our 4th and will definitely be buying a 4th camera. Love this product and company!

UPDATE 2: I GOT THE NEW ONE AND IT WORKS PERFECT. THEY ALSO GAVE ME 20% BACK. THEY HAVE GREAT CUATOMER SERVICE AND THE DEVICE IS PERFECTUPDATE: THEY ARE SENDING ME A NEW MONITOR AND SO IM HOPING MY RATING CAN BE UP EVEN HIGHER.We decided to buy this for the split screen and it would be great if it would actually connect to both cameras. Instead it will show me one and then a black screen for the other. Then I tried just seeing one screen and I get the same picture for both

Chime Pro is a great add on
The Chime Pro is a great add on to have to all of your Rings. If your phone isn't near by or if you are in the kitchen the Chime Pro sounds off it will let you know if something passes by your cameras. Lots of different chimes. You can also snooze the chimes on the Chime Pro . I love the night light. It works great. I am glad the Chime Pro added that figure. I was part of the Beta testing program for the Chime Pro. It's a great product to add to your collection.

Multiple Uses - Including Makeup Mirrors!
I got this because I am vision challenged and could no longer see where I was putting my makeup and eyeliner. I have to use a 20x magnifier mirror. This has clip that is similar to a hair clip, it is perfect for holding the mirror ! It also is great for holding small cameras or probably all cell phones as anything fits in the middle. The other clamp fits to any ledge, desk, chair or whatever is approx 1 inch width to clamp it to. You roll the sleeve to tighten it. Very pleased with this purchase.

Great bit of kit.
As a roofer, I regularly investigate roof leaks and condensation / mould issues which are commonly mistaken for roof leaks. This Thermal camera has been used almost every day since I bought it - it's brilliant. I don't know how I managed without one of these cameras, and this one does everything I need. It helps me identify cold spots in buildings which are likely to condensate, and helps me find uninsulated areas without the need for invasive investigation."The Norfolk Roofer"

Surprisingly sturdy
I bought two of these because they were cheap and well reviewed, and I thought I might need something for a project I'm thinking about which involves my go-pro type camera. That said, based on some other reviews, I wasn't really expecting much. However, now I have them I think they are great - sturdy, even with the telescopic legs extended. Standard screw mount for cameras or small studio lights or whatever. Great value for money.

I did lots of research before buying and am very happy with this product. This is my first SLR and have spent last couple of months learning everything i need to know. Go to dpreview.com to see the indepth review of this guy. Canon has the best image quality out of everyone. Great product at a great price - no need to spend extra money on the higher end cameras unless you photograph for a living. This camera did better in some image quality tests than the 40D.

It's a Wyze, great cam and bright light, -1 star
I do love my Wyze cams, I must have 20 of them. I have several in the attic due to recurring rat problem. Why did I take off one star? Because the USB port on the base of the flood light is to small to get Wyze's own USB cable into it. I have to order another cable with a longer metal plug on it to get it in deep enough for it to work. The really nice flat USB cable Wyze cameras ship with has a plug that is too short.
