Great for animal watching and national parks!!
These are great! My husband and I bought these for our trip to grand Tetons national Park and glacier national Park. We loved using them to look at moose and other wildlife from a distance. Highly recommend!

Best baby monitor ever!
This is the second monitor we purchase from this company. Our experience with the first was great and they have a fantastic customer service support as well. We decided to buy a newer version and check it out. Hands down...the best so far far! Bright and clear resolution to our baby's room. Noise canceling in fantastic and it does not have that static humming sound most monitors have. Baterry lasts through the night. The cameras rotation allows us to focus in a large area of the baby's room. Absolutely pleased with monitor!

Customer service is amazing
We've had this monitor system since 2017 with our first son. Since then we have added 2 extra cameras and we arr now using it with our 2nd son. We noticed that the monitor wasn't charging unless we held the charger cord a certain way. I contacted customer service and they were AMAZING! They helped me trouble shoot the monitor and ended up sending me a whole new unit. I can't say enough good things about this company. Definitely worth the investment.

Awesome customer service
We have loved this monitor for years! When we had a second child we bought a second camera - super easy to connect to both rooms. We had an issue with the monitor after almost 3 years and it wouldn’t hold a charge. Since it was so far past our warranty they couldn’t replace the monitor, but allowed us to purchase a new one for 50% off which was not required but very much appreciated. Everyone we communicated with was too notch and so helpful. We continue to love our Infant Optics monitor and cameras!

Brilliant once you understand how to use it.
Instruction are written by experts who know what they are doing - this makes them incomprehensible for new purchasers. I had several days asking for answers. The best answers came from forums and Facebook user groups where ordinary people provided answers. Once you understand it you won't understand why it was so difficult. So easy to use now it is set up and I understand it. I use it to control two cameras and flit between camera shots and picture in picture, green screen and Powerpoint backgrounds.

Pleasantly surprised!
I've forgotten how many security cameras I've dealt with in my lifetime. Most of them are...well...forgettable.For $45 the Kasa outdoor cam knocks it out of the park. Clear video, powerful yet easy to use software, and feature packed. This unit will serve the security novice or pro well.USB A power is the only quirk or setback, but you can easily work around this. Stick in a micro SD, combined with cloud event clips, and you ain't gonna miss nothin'.Well done, TP-Link....well done.

Amazing Support Team
My initial review I was very disappointed but I am here to tell you the BLINK tech team are AMAZING. they have helped me out. They were able to diagnose the issues with three of the 5 cameras. You need to have a good Wi-Fi for these to work efficiently and effectively. I also purchased a Wi-Fi booster for the ones that are further away from our home. I am a very satisfied customer. If you have any problems reach out to their customer support they have made this easy and worked with me to find a solution.

Customer service is great
This camera made me look red and blotchy no matter what lighting I used (I swear it's not me because this has not happened with other cameras). A year after purchase it is so blurry that it's unusable. Other people like it so maybe I just got a lemon?Edit: I want to update my review because of the excellent customer service I received. Wansview has reached out and has worked hard to make the situation right. In light of that I would definitely try their products again.

Disconnects from network daily (when close to rout
Troubleshooting for the syn module disconnecting advised so move syn module closer to your router. The syn module had been 6 inches from the router since I installed it and another few inches closer made no difference. I eventually moved the syn module to the other side of the room from the router and have not had any issues since.**Original Review**While the cameras are great, the sync module disconnects every day and the reset button does nothing. Each morning I have to unplug the sync module and plug it back in to reconnect.
