Great Follow through
I really like these binocolars, great optics for the price, but what really impressed me with the after sales customer support. They have followed up with me three times via text to ensure I'm satisfied and provided a few accessories to help with my total satisfaction.

Had to use it on the air vent. Would not stick to
The only reason I wanted this one, was to avoid using the air vent. Wanted it on the dash. NO such luck. Would stick to my windshield but not to the dash. Did not work for me. Disappointed.Follow up... Changing from 3 stars to 5 stars. Amazing customer service. Sending me replacement so that I can make it work as I expected. Thank you for taking the time and making the extra effort to make things right. Class A business!!! Very much appreciated!!!!

it really does work. I have extremely dry skin and it's very hard for me to find things that won't cause any harm to my skin. This will not only clean, I really do see a difference. I also follow up with my moisturizer as it will make my skin dry.

Works great
Works great, I have 2. Once for me toddler and one for my new born. Automatically switches to night vision in low light. Two way speaker. Easy to install and use, I can follow the toddler around the whole room. Many features, cheaper than other models with the same functions

Motivating
So easy to pair with my phone. I liked that I could just scan the QR code and follow the simple instructions. The watch is exactly as described and is comfortable to wear. It tracked my sleep cycle , my steps and reminded me to get up and move. Plus it’s a watch. I’m very pleased with this purchase.

First one to actually work!!
I got it on perfectly first try, seemed like it was gonna be annoying but the video they had was super easy to follow, the little assist stick o stuck to my car first and then pulled the goose neck into it and that ended up working I know I saw people complaining about their car surface and that worked for me!

Love this smart lock!
This smart lock has all the features I wanted in a smart lock, plus some! I looked for several days before choosing this one. Love that it comes with the Gateway! Excellent customer service from Melody. She was very patient in helping me troubleshoot. She even called me the next day to follow up and make sure it was working well. She is very knowledgeable about the product. I’ll be buying more for gifts!

It works and it's cheap
This is okay, it works, connects fine, sound is a bit... lacking with volume and depth, but does get the job done. I am using it in a kitchen.Originally the speaker kept shutting off automatically, but I reached out to the manufacturer and they gave me an update to follow and now it stays on until I turn it off! Great support.

Customer service was very helpful
I was hoping this one would work for me. But within the first week the release button on the back already quit working.EDITI originally left a one star review due to the above issue. The seller contacted me and sent me a replacement with the release button in a different location. Based on the sellers follow through and attention to after the sale I have upped my rating. Still not 100% on the product but it’s not an expensive product and like most things it’s made of plastic so can’t expect too much.
