Stopped working after 2 weeks but CS was helpful
The unit worked great for about 2 weeks and then suddenly stopped working completely. I emailed the seller and they were able to help me troubleshoot until I got the monitor working again. Thanks! The solution was to unplug the battery from the device and leave it out for at least 10 seconds before plugging in again. It worked!

Great, until it stopped working
UPDATE: I reached out to the company, and they not only responded quickly, but are sending us a replacement. I updated my star rating from 1 to 5.This was a great product, until it just stopped working about a month after the support window closed. Incredibly disappointing that it cost this much, and we were only able to use it for about seven months.

Stopped working after 6 months
Well hard to say anything good about an item that stopped working after 6 months. Water got inside and it just died (see pictures). It was decent while it was working but obviously can't recommend.Upd: Manufacturer contacted me 4 months after I returned the camera to Amazon and sent me a new unit that I'm currently testing, so far works as expected, arrived with some minor cracks around the power cable but that's not critical. Will update this review accordingly after a few months.

Stopped working and then started again
I loved them. Then it rained. They won’t turn on. It’s too late to return them by a few weeks. Super bummed. I was going to order more for the other side of my yard. I’m so glad I didn’t.Update: they started working again! So weird. I changed from 1 star to 4 because they magically started working after not working for a few days. There was plenty of sunlight so there’s no logical reason for it. I do love them and hope they continue to work.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
We got one of these for our son for Christmas, it worked great for the first couple weeks. He loved it, but it must have had a defective battery because it stopped working. I contacted the manufacturer, they responded promptly, were very help and they sent a new camera right away and made my son's day! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Stopped Working ... but Received Replacement
After 4 months almost to the day.Revised Dec 25, 2021: Seller reached out to offer a free replacement which I received two days ago. I had some difficulty getting the item fully charged (it took more than three hours as recommended for first charge) but with further charging the replacement unit lasted around 12 hours.Obviously I cannot comment about how long the item will last, but I am changing my review from one star to four stars based on good customer service. These folks were very nice.

Stopped working after 4 months.
Alright, this watch stopped working after four months. Luckily, it did have a warranty and the seller was very agreeable to honor it.They sent a first replacement, which didn’t work at all. They then sent a second replacement which seems to be working very well. I don’t think I will buy the brand again, but I was very impressed with their customer service and how efficient they were. They were trying hard to making the experience a good one. For their customer service, I would really recommend it. My experience with sellers from China has always been horrible. This one was the exception. Good job, Bobo!
