Best Earbuds (so far) that I have purchased...
I'm always ordering new Bluetooth earbuds. Either I lose them, they quit working, or like my last pair, they were so heavy they didn't stay in my ears.I recently bought these when another pair I ordered never arrived. I think that's called a happy accident. They work great. The battery life is good. The sound is good, though I mostly use mine when listening to podcasts or movies. They fit great (both ears, but I usually wear them both in my right ear). They're sleek, including the case, which is easy to tell when they're fully charged. I like that they charge on a C cable like my phone, but if your phone doesn't use a C cable, there is a USB charging port on one end of the case. The other earbuds, that used to be my gi to pair, never did make it, and I couldn't be happier. Hopefully nothing will change on these and they'll be my new go to pair. I have two, but still no guarantee I won't lose one. The only thing that might improve them is a device locator. That would make them beyond perfect for me.

Buying more after writing this review
Worked great, went in very easy and got rid of the exhaust rattle during certain RPM ranges of my car. This was enough to cover the trunk of my dodge Challenger in all the locations the factory had put some very thin dampening material. Seems to have helped with my subwoofer but I guess that just my opinion and nothing scientific.

Quality product
Honestly 10/10 product. Got it as a gift and i'm super satisfied with it. quality and usability is impeccable.

Good holder to replace magnetic mount on big phone
I got a new phone and my previous magnetic mount wasn't strong enough to hold my heavier phone. This holder fits in my vertical vents, is pretty stable, and positions the phone closer to my hand for easier reach. It also blocks my windshield wiper stalk and stereo volume knob but any vent mount would do that in my car.

Best Customer Service Ever
Their customer service is great. When I received the mic it didn't work or so I thought. I emailed customer service and they got right back to me! I mean, they got back to me within an hour at night. They offered suggestions, illustrations, links to their site, etc. One of their suggestions was to remove my phone case - it could be preventing the jack from going all the way in the phone. Turns out that was the problem. Easy fix and the mic works great. But the service is without equal. So great to see a company stand behind their product.

A simple paper flier with an item use description
Got it as a gift for my girlfriend once she got her gopro. Everything fits, and works just as well as the gopro name brand accessories. Only problem is there's more stuff than she knows how to use. A simple paper flier with an item use description could've fix this easy.
