Case battery sucks
After about a week of use the case does t charge anymore and the right ear bud doesn’t charge either. Which is a shame because the earbuds sound amazing.

Great product and even better customer service
We've had this monitor for several years now, we even got a second camera unit for our second child. It has worked amazingly. Recently, the power button got stuck. I reached out to infantoptix customer service and they gave us a replacement unit even though we were several years outside of the warranty period.

Great price, great product
when remote learning started this year, we needed two camera for my kids. searched around and find this at low price, not much excepted for the quality, get two of them. it turned out very well, and quality also good. got two more when it was on sale. has been almost three months, still running good.

Love this monitor!!
Have 2 kids under 2 and have 1 camera in each room. Absolutely love only needing 1 monitor and the pic quality sound and everything is wonderful. The customer service is just as good if you were to have issues. My original after 2yrs of daily use had a stuck button. Even though warranty was up they replaced no charge!!! Highly recommend!!

Good monitor, great customer service!
This has been a great monitor for both of my girls (we have two camera’s and one monitor that flips back and forth between the girls rooms). The monitor portion recently stopped working and their customer service was fantastic! So helpful and went out of their way to troubleshoot/replace the product when all else failed. Totally recommend.

Easy setup
Worked right out of the box. A little hard to read the switch letters for on/off but that's probably just my eyes going bad with age. There's app software you can download and use but my camera app on my phone worked with it. Didn't have to configure anything once I got the blue tooth connected.

Won’t be disappointed
The media could not be loaded.
Night vision could be better but other than that picture quality is good. I also like that when using the mic the sound is clear coming from the camera and not garbled. Battery life is fairly good as well and lasts longer when using the eco mode. It’s a dependable monitor that gives me peace of mind.

Great product, even better customer service!
We have used this monitor since our baby was born in 2018. We love that it shows the temperature in her room and that you can turn the camera off and leave just the sound. The night vision is really clear and gives us peace of mind. The customer service for this company is outstanding! They will work with you for any minor issue. Definitely would recommend!

Works straight out of the box.
This Bluetooth Shutter button works straight out of the box, pairing with my p30 pro was quick and easy. The instructions said I would need to download the 360 camera app but I didn't need it. I haven't rated the volume control because I haven't used it. It arrived very quickly and well packaged. Would recommend.
