Excellent ear buds
This pair of ear buds is the first pair that I can wear for more than a few hours without my ears getting sore. Kudo's to Samsung.The anc is pretty good, the sound quality excellent.One complaint is the touch control. It's sensitivity is not very good. I can't found it's sweet spot to activate it consistently.

Amazing ear buds
I bought these based on a recommendation from a fellow gym member. She was right, they do not fail to deliver. I ordered these Friday, and they were in my hands Sunday afternoon.The only issue I had was totally unrelated to the use of the product. They were received without the additional S/M/L "foamies" and a charging cable. I contacted Amazon customer service and spoke with a rep who took care of the issue within less than 15 minutes.Being someone who has worked in Customer Service most of my adult life, I can appreciate when you receive very good treatment.**Update** This particular pair would not take nor hold a charge, so I returned them. I took them to the UPS store on 6/27, and as of today, 7/7, I have not received my refund or any updated status.

Great ear Buds
These ear buds are great. The fit is good, they do not fall out of your ears. The sound quility is excellent, with good base. What I do not like is you can not use only one. It pairs with the right one, what I do is put one in and as long as you have the case open close to you it will work off of one of them.People complane about the case, I feel there is no problem with the case. Another thing I a i am not thrilled with is they start hurting my ears after a little while,, but they are quite comfortable for the most part.. Overall these are a really good pair of ear buds, and I would definitely buy them again
