Awesome Support Team!
We reached out to the support team when we started experiencing sound issues with one of our cameras and Mel N. was so helpful, patient! She walked us through the process of troubleshooting until it was determined that we’d need a replacement. Luckily our device was still under warranty and we received our new camera in less than a week. Great customer service. Awesome support!Regarding the product itself, it’s exactly what we need. The only criticism I have is that the monitor is a little brighter than we’d like it to be at night. Other than that, it’s perfect!

Great monitor
The two cameras are perfect to check on both of my kids in separate rooms. I had a simpler monitor with my first baby but I love the white noise and nightlight features right from this monitor. I also appreciate that it wakes up when it hears noise and turns the screen on—if you use white noise or music in the rooms, be sure to use Eco mode so those noises don’t wake the monitor up too. Customer service was quick to respond and very impressive with their willingness to solve my questions and problems. I will be recommending this monitor to the rest of my friends for their registries!

Great customer service
This has been a good purchase for my family. We use two cameras and always have the camera to alternate. They change about every 5-10 seconds. We do have a bit of connectivity trouble as we have a long ranch style home but for most people this probably would not be an issue. After 1 year and 9 months our monitor (parent unit) recently quit working, I reached out to customer service and they were quick and kind is trouble shooting and ultimately deciding to replace my parent unit at no cost to me even after the warranty ended. I was very impressed with the customer service!!

Easy, effective, great price.
Very handy shutter remote for iOS cameras, and it has button on it labeled Droid, so I assume you can use it with those devices also, but I haven't tried that yet. It pairs with my iPhone (6 plus) automatically just by turning it on with a little switch on the side, and the shutter in the camera app responds to the button push immediately. I have not checked its range yet, but I would guess it would be similar to other Bluetooth devices, like headphones and my car's Handsfree link (Acura TL), which appear to be at least 30 feet, and maybe even more than that.

Nice and comfy but
This is nice and comfy to wear, I put it on my cameras and as I was taking photos I noticed that the straps were starting to come loose. So I have to Frankenstein my own way to thread them. Now it is very sturdy. So if you buy this, make your own way of strapping it so it stay in place. But just because I had to thread it my way does not mean not to buy this, it is worth the price and very comfy. I like the fact that I just have to unsnap it to take it off, my other one I had to unscrew it from the camera, that was a pain.

Satisfied
After some research I bought/installed (2) D3 PTZ Wireless Security Cameras (2) months ago and so far all working like advertised. Easy to install and have yet had to re-charge the batteries. I would've given product (5) stars if you didn't have to buy the monthly plan to get all the options from the software. No problems with app and can access anywhere with the iphone. Camera's rotate and has 2-way microphones. I'd have no trouble recommending this product and have to many friends. I plan on buying another one for garage to overlook the driveway.

Great iPhone Mount
I purchased this to mount my iPhone above my MIDI keyboard for making music tutorials for my college classes. The attachment is wide enough to accommodate any normal desk thickness on the edge. With the gooseneck, I can adjust my iPhone to just about any position. I can even mount it on my grand piano music desk for an above my hands view. Although it's not designed for cameras, I am able to use it with my GoPro 8 and Sony a6100 camera. I haven't had it all that long, but it seems pretty sturdy. For the price I think it's an excellent product.

It is as advertised.
I'm seventy five years old. I've never owned a telescope. Assembly was a breeze. It works really well., The quality is great for a beginner telescope and for the money. As I lean to use it I may sometime in the future go for something more professional but for now this is good. I'm more interested in terrestrial viewing. I'm a mite disappointed that the iphone feature only works with the five and ten mm lenses. I'm looking at a way to use my 35mm cameras. If anyone has suggestions that would be great. Also, vertical movement of the tri pod is on the stiff and jerky side.
