People can barely hear me over all the background noise from the lowest of sounds like a tv in another room!! Also they just feel very Uncomfortable and slip out of my ear constantly

Great Background Noise Machine
I have a hearing problem so I was concerned about being able to one of these machines. This one is great though. Even with 40% hearing loss I was able to set it at a volume that was comfortable for me to hear with one ear on the pillow. Unfortunately that is too loud for the BF so I can't use it while he's here but when he's not its part of the nightly routine.

Perfect sleep background noise
LOVE my new snooze machine! Can finally get rid of the fans that blow cold air in the winter and always seem to start an annoying squeak after a while. Snooze machine is just the perfect white noise and love that it can be adjusted and that the light goes off after just a few seconds.

Works perfectly. No background noise.
It works in all of the type of capturing sounds. The background noise is almost null when reducing the sensitivity.
