I like they have great reviews and are an easy add on security system that is wireless.

One of the shirts was a little defective and had a letter stitched into it that is hard to remove. The others were not defective.

I hope Arlo can continuously add new features and improve existing ones to keep up in the race for smart home security!

I decided to purchase this product for the functionality and due to the overwhelmingly positive reviews. It has been an immediate disappointment.I fully charged it yesterday and stuck it to the side of my shower/tested the connectivity. Pairing was straightforward but two initial issues were that it would not turn off no matter how long I held the power button and there was no indication whatsoever of the battery level.I assumed that it would shut down by itself when not connected to a phone (and I assume that is what happened) however it fell off of the shower wall about 10 minutes after I left my bathroom. (This may have played a factor in further issues.)The next morning I powered the speaker up with no issues and started listening to one of my podcasts, about 1 minute later it shut off and will not turn back on. I assumed the battery was dead but when I plugged it in the charging light came on and immediately shut off (seemingly indicating that it was still fully charged). It still will not turn on.After working with this company's customer service department I would give this product 5 stars if my satisfaction could be based on the service I received. They were very prompt in addressing my issue and sent a replacement speaker immediately. Unfortunately I believe that customer service is not a valid replacement for quality control, if they do not typically send out defective units then the reviews should reflect that, but if they do the inverse should be also true. The replacement they sent has been working perfectly for weeks now and is exactly what I expected from this product.

Just installed them, easy to install & they’re also bright! Would give them 5 stars but one of them was defective, so who knows how long this are gonna last

I am impressed with the look and feel of this product. It is a premium product at a bargain price. Due to a mistake on my part (one of the four batteries I inserted was defective). I contacted the company by email and received a response within hours. Later that same day I received a call from Glenn. He could not have been more helpful and upbeat. Through the process of elimination we determined the problem was -my mistake. I replace the defective battery and the lock works very well. It's a good product and I've never had better service.

Awesome system! Glad I picked it. Love the convenience of the app + it works great. Love the wireless capability.
