Great monitor, this is not a high tech security camera, so keep that in mind. The resolution is good for a small screen. I like the features like setting temperature alerts, the speaker and mic are good. I like that I don't need to connect to wifi or download app on my phone. Once it's charged you can take monitor to different rooms and battery will last the whole day- so you will need to recharge it frequently. We mounted it high on corner to get broad view of son's room; also has a zoom feature. Overall a good product.

Much better then expected for the price.In actually surprised with the wifi connection. It shows very good footage even far away from the router (even in places that my phone barely catches on to the wifi)Battery life is very very good!The very strong magnet in the back makes it easy to move around to wherever you might need it. (The magnet will catch on to anything...)

El producto es de lo mejor...comparado con los que venden en México es muy similar en capacidad pero ofrece wifi por un menor costo...sin embargo, tienes que tener cobertura wifi muy cerca...yo lo utilizo en puerta corrediza de dos hojas (5m total).

Update 06/09/2021 : Akaso reached out to me (thank you Jessica!) to see what they could do for me, since my review was lukewarm.They offered to send me a new camera, and test it and review it. They sent me the V50X (which is a pretty decent upgrade to my Brave 4)First off - using the Brave 4 I got some awesome video and stills from a trip to the Caribbean. It was just a pain to get them off the camera because I couldn't get the WIFI to work. (trust me...not user error....I know what I'm doing).The V50X plus the Akaso GO app worked flawlessly over wireless - very easy to set up and use! The V50X touch screen is a nice upgrade from the Brave4.Other than the WIFI issues the Brave 4 is a great little camera. The videos are too big to attach so I attached one of my stills.The V50X was a nice surprise and I tip my hat to Akaso customer service for making me a very happy Akaso owner.The touch screen and multiple options are fun to experiment with and there's lots to try out. The audio quality was amazing would recommend 10/10

That's the cheapest one I could find to live in the car as a dash cam. Auto recording when AUX powered seems to work fine. Can't leave a battery in there while operating though, it gets way too hot in sunlight. It won't keep time & date without battery backup. There are no additional features like parking mode. The USB port is Micro USB. It has a 1/4" thread for accessories (tri pod) at the bottom. Comes with only one sliding bracket for the adhesive base mounts. That means the protective clear case must be removed from it's bracket if you want to mount the camera naked, there is no skeleton frame. No image stabilization.When plugged into a computer you have to choose between charging mode and file transfer. Unfortunately the important choice for Web Cam mode is missing, the computer won't show a live image.The Live DV app is junk. I can connect the camera to my phone (Android 11) via WiFi with no problem, but nothing more. No live picture, no controls. Haven't figured out yet how to watch the stream with other apps like VLC. The 30' short distance 2.4GHz WiFi connectivity is by far the most useless feature. It sucks the life out of the 1050mAh battery in no time and is unreliable.Great camera for the price.
